The St. Louis Fire Department, Missouri, sadly announced the line-of-duty death of Firefighter Lee Kraus, a 27-year veteran of the department.

Firefighter Kraus suffered a medical emergency while on duty Sunday, June 29, 2025, and passed away today, July 1, 2025.

His decades of service to the citizens of St. Louis reflect a life of dedication, sacrifice, and honor.

DEVELOPING: Conservative legal group files federal complaint over L.A. Dodgers' DEI policies.

America First Legal, a conservative legal organization founded by White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, along with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, has filed a federal civil rights complaint against the L.A. Dodgers and Guggenheim Partners.

The complaint alleges that both entities engage in racially and sexually discriminatory hiring practices under the banner of diversity, equity and inclusion.
