ICE arrested Juan Busto-Chavez, 50, of Mexico. His convictions include attempted reckless manslaughter, burglary, kidnapping, assault with serious bodily injury w/deadly weapon, & menacing. He’s in ICE custody pending removal.

It details the events in Factoryville Borough where a deputy sheriff was injured while attempting to serve a domestic relations warrant. Any type of warrant service or service event may present hazards to law enforcement.  

The injured deputy was medically treated and subsequently cleared to return to work.

Maryland: Baltimore Police responded to the scene of an officer-involved shooting in West Baltimore, the department said.

The incident took place near the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Laurens Street.

"We are aware of the officer involved shooting in the Western District. President Mancuso and a representative from SBWDLaw are on their way to the Homicide Unit. Guard Glazerman is on his way to Shock Trauma to assist the injured officer who is in stable condition."
