Louisiana: A Baton Rouge motorcycle officer was seriously injured in a crash on Joor Road on Monday morning. 

The crash happened around 11 a.m. near the intersection of Joor and Prescott roads.

Emergency officials confirmed one person was seriously injured, and law enforcement later confirmed the victim was a Baton Rouge motorcycle officer. 

No other word on the Officer’s condition.

Nebraska: A police officer is in the hospital and a dog is dead after an incident at an Omaha home Monday morning.

Shortly after 7 a.m. Monday, the Omaha Police Department received a domestic call to a home near Chicago and 49th Streets.

An OPD lieutenant tells First Alert 6 that an officer went into the house and saw a dog attacking someone.

The officer then shot and killed the dog after it bit him in the leg. He drove himself to the hospital for treatment, OPD says.

Oregon: A violent mob of scumbags breached a US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Portland on Saturday night, injuring four federal officers, according to authorities. 

Rioters in black clothing launched fireworks and created a makeshift battering ram — breaking a glass door and breaching the facility, Oregon Live reported. 

Around 6:30 p.m., cops declared the gathering near the ICE building an unlawful assembly and warned rioters to disperse. 

At about 8 p.m., the feds reported that criminal activity has escalated to assault and criminal mischief, authorities said. Local cops announced they would begin making arrests and warned the unruly crowd not to interfere. 

Four officers were injured in the melee, though the building was eventually secured by law enforcement.

More than 100 homes were evacuated in Kahikinui on Hawaii’s island of Maui after a wind-driven brush fire quickly spread.

The fire reached about 500 acres, according to Maui County officials. No injuries or property damage have been reported. The county said exact fire containment figures have not yet been determined.

The Maui County Fire Department said the fire sparked about 10 a.m. local time on Sunday in Kahikinui.

“The fire is currently moving up the mountain, pushed by strong winds,” the Maui County Fire Department said on X.

The fire was initially reported to be around 20 acres before exploding in size.

A New Jersey State Police trooper was injured Saturday night during a police-involved pursuit that ended in a crash near NJ-129 and Cass Street in South Trenton.

The incident began shortly before 8:45 p.m. when Trenton police requested additional units to assist at the scene. Moments later, a state trooper was reportedly assaulted during the incident, and EMS was called for a trooper who sustained cuts to the arm.

At approximately 9:16 p.m., EMS transport was canceled after the injured individual, believed to be the trooper, was taken to the hospital by other means.

Two court officers were slashed at Manhattan Criminal Courthouse on June 16, 2025 by an alleged career criminal, drug addict and repeat offender. The attack occurred around 9 a.m. at 100 Centre Street in Lower Manhattan. One officer was slashed in the face, and the other was slashed in the neck. A third officer was also injured as the suspect ran into the main lobby.

Jonathan Wohl, 37, of Queens, ran into the lobby of Manhattan Criminal Court at 100 Centre Street around 9:30 a.m. and suddenly ambushed the officers with a knife.

He cut one of the officers twice on his face and sliced the other on the neck – before shoving a third into a barrier in the main lobby on the south side of the building.

Officers were taken to a local hospital in stable condition, sources said.
