NEW: The owner of a family-owned jewelry store is sharing her frustration and concerns after losing hundreds of thousands of dollars to two smash-and-grab burglaries in two months.

Zee Jewelers is inside the Solano Town Center in Fairfield and has been there for about 15 years. Back in April, the owner said a group of thieves smashed two of their display cases and stole more than $150,000 worth of jewelry.
