Suspected looters were arrested overnight in downtown Los Angeles as unrest sparked by anti-ICE riots continued.

Virginia: 3 Prince William County police officers hospitalized after truck crashes into cruisers on I-95.

One Prince William County police officer remains hospitalized with serious injuries – but is expected to recover – as a result of a fiery crash on Interstate 95 late Sunday night that left five people injured.

The injuries happened when a tractor-trailer truck hit at least one of several police cruisers involved in a traffic stop on I-95 near Quantico related to suspected drug activity. The incident shut down the southbound lanes of the interstate for several hours early Monday morning.

Three officers were transported to the hospital for treatment, and two were released on Monday. Two of the officers were outside of their vehicles and one was inside when the semi-truck hit the police vehicle, according to Lt. Jonathan Perok, a Prince William County police spokesman.

Two other people were also transported to the hospital with injuries – the driver of the tractor-trailer truck and a passenger in the car police had stopped. The extent of their injuries is not known, but they are expected to recover, Perok said.
