BREAKING: Three senior DHS sources tell FoxNews that the Boulder terror suspect is an Egyptian national in the U.S. illegally as a visa overstay who entered the U.S. during the Biden administration. I’m told Mohamed Sabry Soliman arrived at LAX on 8/27/22 on a B1/B2 nonimmigrant visa with an authorized stay through 2/26/23, but he overstayed & never left.

I’m told on 9/29/22, he filed some sort of claim with USCIS, potentially an asylum claim, and on 3/29/23, USCIS under the Biden admin gave him work authorization, which expired on 3/28/25.

UPDATE ON K9 SHOT: Waco Police Department, Texas K9 Officer Andor is in stable condition.

He has three gunshot entry wounds, two to his neck and one to his shoulder. His collar stopped one round, and the veterinarian providing care to Andor believes that the bulletproof vest he was wearing at the time he was shot stopped another. Andor will undergo an extensive medical procedure to help him recover and have mobility for a normal dog’s life. Unfortunately, this will force him into retirement.

The suspect, 18-year-old , was arrested and charged with six counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Interference with Police Service Animals, and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, all felonies.

It’s the little things that make a big difference.

While Officers attended the recent Candlelight Vigil for fallen Morrow County Deputy Daniel Sherrer, a young man handed all of the uniformed officers there a small Jesus figure to carry with them. A token to stay safe and know they have someone looking over them.

Right now, more than ever law enforcement is in need of support. Almost everyday an officer is being injured or killed in the line of duty all over our country.

Our officer was released from the hospital with an amazing escort of first responders from the area. She will begin her journey to recovery at home. The support we have received from the community has been overwhelming. We are so appreciative for this outpouring of love! Please continue to pray for the injured officer and those involved as we move forward in the following days.

Kansas: A pursuit that began near the start of a race early Saturday morning lead to two arrests and a Lyon County deputy being injured.

Mundell and Ashburn were booked into the Lyon County Detention Center. Mundell faces charges of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance and multiple traffic charges. Ashburn faces charges of obstruct of legal process and possession of a controlled substance.

The deputy involved in the rollover was taken to the hospital with minor injuries and was released shortly after.

Firefighters are still battling the Eureka Fire in Joshua Tree National Park.

The blaze was first reported on Friday just before noon in the Covington Flats area near Carmelita Place in Yucca Valley, according to the San Bernardino County Fire Department. Flames quickly spread throughout the day, engulfing 175 acres by the end of Friday.

As of Saturday night the fire is said to have burned 212 acres and is 40% contained, according to Joshua Tree NPS. Along with crews battling the flames on foot, there were 11 engines, two water tenders, two hand crews and one helicopter assisting on Saturday. Several areas are closed due to the ongoing firefight as the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
