A Historic First—And a Powerful Message.
President Trump posthumously awarded the first-ever Medals of Sacrifice to three fallen law enforcement officers:

🕊️ Corporal Luis Paez Jr.

🕊️ Deputy Sheriff Ralph "Butch" Waller Jr.

🕊️ Deputy Sheriff Ignacio "Dan" Diaz

We’re deeply grateful he took this step. As Commander in Chief, his decision to formally honor the bravery and sacrifice of these heroes sends a powerful message to every officer and every family: you are not forgotten.

This is more than a medal—it’s recognition, respect, and remembrance at the highest level.

Email your Senator and tell them to vote NO on SB 79

They’re voting on this soon so please send your email asap! 🙏🏼

Here’s a sample text for your email:

Senator:

I urge you to vote NO on SB 79 for the following reasons:
1. SB 79 does not increase the supply of affordable housing in California.
2. SB 79 does not benefit California families or communities. Instead, its
financial benefits flow to the developers, speculators, and financiers.
3. SB 79 preempts each community’s Housing Element.
4. SB 79 destroys local control of housing. Communities know best where and
how to build within their borders.
5. SB 79 weaponizes transit. Transit should connect us, it should not cause
communities to fight against it to save their neighborhoods and sense of
community.

For these reasons, Please vote NO on SB 79.
Thank you,
