BREAKING: SCOTUS has granted the Trump administration permission, for now, to revoke status of the more than half a million migrants who flew into the U.S. via President Biden’s controversial CHNV mass parole program. A lower court had blocked the move, SCOTUS now staying that The Biden administration really set these migrants up for a rug pull - without telling them. 

They were so desperate to artificially deflate Border Patrol illegal crossing numbers that they began using executive parole authority to allow 1.4 million to come in via these CHNV flights and the CBP One app - welcoming these migrants in and urging them to use these programs as they weren't counted in Border Patrol data. 

What they never told the migrants is that same executive authority could be used by another president, in this case, Trump, to immediately revoke and terminate the humanitarian parole grants Biden gave. 

In this case with CHNV, that's more than 530,000 migrants who thought they were being welcomed in/coming in legally, who are now on the plate for deportation with legal status and work permits evaporated.

EXCLUSIVE: We joined one of more than a dozen ICE teams deployed in the Greater Boston area yesterday, where we witnessed the arrests of a previously deported child rapist living next to a playground, a Salvadoran alien on El Salvador’s most wanted list w/ an Interpol Red Notice warrant for aggravated homicide, aggravated kidnapping, and robbery, a fentanyl trafficker, a second alien charged w/ aggravated child rape, another alien charged w/ rape, and another alleged child sex predator. All in a matter of hours, all of whom had been roaming freely on Massachusetts streets prior to ICE arrest, and several of whom had been released from local custody with no notice to ICE.

ICE has surged resources to Boston & Massachusetts, as promised by Tom Homan, in response to sanctuary policies.

ICE Boston tells us local anti-ICE activists have been interfering with their operations daily. Yesterday alone, in East Boston, ICE said one of their teams arrested a criminal alien and put him in cuffs, when a group of activists grabbed him and tried to pull him into their car.
Separately, in another incident yesterday, ICE was surveilling an alien murderer’s home when a crowd surrounded them and blew their cover, forcing them to pull off of the target.

I asked ICE Boston Chief Patricia Hyde what her message is to politicians who keep fighting ICE?

“We’re not going away, it might take us longer, it might be harder, but we’re not going away, we’re here, we know what the American people voted for, we understand that we work for the American people, and we’re going to be here until we send everyone home,” Hyde said.

"Sanctuary" policies led to the RELEASE of a convicted rapist illegal immigrant because they wouldn't honor ICE's detainer request.

This is why the Trump Admin is putting "sanctuary" jurisdictions on notice: comply with the law or face the consequences.

UPDATE: A suspect is dead and a Chicago police officer is recovering in the hospital after a foot chase ended in a shooting on the West Side overnight.

Police say the officer involved in the altercation suffered a gunshot wound to his leg and was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
