New Mexico: The Bloomfield Police Department has confirmed that an officer-involved shooting took place last night, May 26, in Bloomfield around 10:55 PM. Officers from the Bloomfield Police Department were conducting a traffic stop when the subject opened fire, striking Officer Ontiveros. In response, a second officer on the scene discharged their weapon.

Unfortunately, the subject died as a result of the incident. Their identity will be disclosed by the Office of the Medical Investigator once the next of kin has been informed.

Officer Timothy Ontiveros was transported to San Juan Regional Medical Center with life-threatening wounds and remains in critical condition.

Bloomfield Police Department

ICYMI: LAPD was in pursuit of a white van with a female driver and several dogs inside around 8am on Monday 5/26.

The chase came to an end in a quiet Woodland Hills neighborhood where the suspect climbed on to the roof of the van with a machete slung around her back and a gun pointed at herself under her chin. 

LAPD eventually took the suspect into custody but not before an officer involved shooting occurred injuring the suspect.

Get ready for the left to come in demanding these terrorists get 5-Star meals.

LAPD says a father and son went on a gang graffiti spree that ended with a 14-year-old pulling the trigger of a gun handed to him by his father, killing a man and wounding two other victims. Detectives allege the father, a repeat felon and longtime gang member, handed his son the murder weapon. The father’s apparent effort to encourage his son to commit gang violence is disturbing to even hard-core gang members, one of whom criticized the behavior as sick.

North Carolina: Police with the New Bern Police Department say they responded to a fight at Pinky's Pub on Sunday, May 25.

At 1:56 in the morning, the fight broke out at the pub located at 218 Middle Street. This is according to a press release sent out by the New Bern Police Department.

During the incident police say one person was stabbed and transported to ECU Health in Greenville for treatment. He was identified as 34-year- old Preston Blount.

Authorities add during the attempted arrest, one officer suffered a serious knife injury to his arm and was also transported to ECU Health in Greenville.
