Illegals in Texas show up for their scheduled hearings at the Dallas federal courthouse on Friday, their cases are dismissed, ICE then arrests them to be deported.

Florida: The Hernando County Sheriff's Office is currently on the scene of a deputy-involved crash near the intersection of S. Main Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in South Brooksville.

The crash occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m. when a deputy on proactive patrol observed the driver of a vehicle heading south on South Main Street commit a traffic infraction as the deputy was headed north.

The suspect's vehicle proceeded to run a stop sign at the intersection of S. Main Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. In doing so the suspect's vehicle collided with the rear side panel of a K-9 deputy's vehicle that was traveling on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

The collision caused both vehicles to spin out. The K-9 deputy's vehicle came to a stop when the passenger’s side of his vehicle collided with a power pole.

The suspect was not injured. The K-9 in the deputy's patrol vehicle was also unharmed. The deputy sustained minor injuries in the crash.

WATCH: THIS IS VIDEO of a Penske box truck exploding in Addison, Illinois this morning on Wood Dale Rd.

The fire department says four homes were damaged and one was left uninhabitable.

They say one of the walls of the box truck hit the front facing wall of the home pushing it 2-4 feet inward.

Debris spilled out for one to two blocks including clothes and furniture.

The homeowners were inside at the time but are not hurt according to fire.
Officials say the driver of the truck was seen walking around the truck when responders arrived.

They were taking to the hospital with THANKFULLY non life threatening injuries.

DEVELOPING: The Colorado Springs Police Department is investigating reports of a shooting Saturday evening along Potter Drive just north of Mitchell High School. The road is closed at this time.

UPDATE: Police say six people were injured, four taken to the hospital in an ambulance, and two others took themselves to the hospital.

Currently, five victims are in stable condition while one person is in critical condition.

The early investigation shows the shooting started with an argument that escalated. CSPD doesn't know yet how many people were firing, but found a lot of shell casings and signs that multiple people were carrying guns.
