Los Angeles: We’ve seen potted plants, concrete barriers and even loud music playing the same song over and over to keep homeless encampments from setting up in front of business and properties but this is a first: A sprinkler system set high up on a pole spraying water into the street & sidewalk.

Will it deter them from setting up or is this just going to turn into a free street shower for the homeless?

Southeastern Kentucky needs help.

This is what families across Laurel County are being told to β€œrebuild.”

Roofs are gone. Walls are missing. Homes are soaked from days of rain. Insulation is falling, floors are buckled, and belongings are scattered and ruined. Yet families are being told these homes are β€œrepairable.”

Today, the insurance adjuster came to my dad’s property, looked at the damage, and said he had no idea when an engineer would even be available to assess it. No timeline. No answers. Just more waiting, while everything continues to rot and mold in the meantime.

People are being left in limbo, no place to live, no clear path forward, and no one to hold these companies accountable.

Families in southeastern Kentucky are strong. But they shouldn’t have to fight this hard just to be treated fairly after losing everything.

To everyone who has checked in, donated, shared resources, dropped off supplies, or simply offered a kind word, thank you. You’ve carried us through the hardest days. Your support means more than you know.

EXCLUSIVE: Oregon police responded to the home occupied by alleged Tren de Aragua gang members accused of kidnapping, torturing, and attempting to kill a Washington state woman in January at least 17 times within a year.

Neighbors called 911 to report a series of concerning incidents that included drug use, sounds of screaming, vans full of people being dropped off at the property, and an alarming presence of young girls at the residence, according to police records.

The property, located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, is where investigators say the suspects plotted the attack.

Additionally, the home is considered so dangerous that police require a three-car minimum response.

This has all unfolded in the sanctuary state of Oregon.

BREAKING: A federal judge in Boston has ruled that the Trump admin violated his order w/ its deportation flight intended for South Sudan & is ordering that the criminal aliens on the plane, which includes 5 convicted murderers, be given credible fear screenings & 15 days to reopen their immigration cases with access to phones and attorneys if they are determined to have a credible fear. Each criminal alien must be given no less than 72 hours notice about the credible fear interview.

Judge Brian Murphy has also ordered that DHS must provide status reports on each of the individuals every 7 days. He says DHS can decide to either bring them back to the U.S. for this process, or they can do it overseas as long as they maintain custody of them and give them access to necessary phones, attorneys, etc. It appears the plane landed at a U.S. base in Djibouti and has remained there.
