Indiana: Greenfield Police are trying to figure out why K9 officer Ace escaped his house, then bit and seriously injured a neighbor.

That neighbor was an off-duty New Pal officer and K9 handler.

Investigators say he ended up killing the K9 to stop the attack.

Wisconsin: An officer is injured after responding to a scene where a suspect was allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated and bit the officer, the Madison Police Department said on Tuesday.

According to police, a tow truck driver reported to authorities that they had found a driver "slumped over a vehicle" while in traffic on Madison's south side. The driver allegedly showed signs of intoxication when officers approached the car.

One officer was injured after the suspect allegedly struck and bit them, police said.

*NEWS INTERRUPTION*

Missouri: This morning, a Deputy and another driver were injured when the Deputy's patrol car and the second driver's pickup truck collided on Highway 21. Both vehicles had extensive damage, both drivers suffered moderate injuries, and both were taken to a hospital for treatment.

Our Deputy has since been released. The Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
