NEW: A student at UCLA was apprehended by CBP this week while crossing back into the US from Mexico.

This as more than 1,000 international students in the US have had visas revoked…. many for their involvement in pro-Hamas riots on campuses last year.

The levels of red tape and bureaucracy in our state have helped strangle the California Dream. High taxes are one thing, but our government’s inability to get out of the way - especially in this instance! - is truly mind boggling.

On my first day as governor, I will instruct my cabinet to slash red tape and let the private sector do what they do best: invest, build, and create jobs! #biancoforgovernor
