South Carolina: Officials said about 21 students were hurt after a blown tire caused a school bus to flip while returning home from a field trip on Interstate 77 South in Chester County.

The crash happened after 2 p.m. on Thursday near Exit 55 (Highway 97) and all southbound lanes are blocked.

The three buses were from the Lexington County Schools District 2, and officials there said they were carrying students from Pine Ridge Middle School.

This is why Americans don’t trust the legacy media:

The Wall Street Journal claims the Trump Administration β€œsought to portray” deported illegal alien foreign terrorist Kilmar Abrego Garcia β€œas violent.”

No, his own wife portrayed him as violent when she filed an order of protection against him for viciously beating her.

Update: Two people were killed, and six others were injured in a shooting at Florida State University (FSU) on Thursday, authorities said.

Police identified the suspected shooter as 20-year-old Phoenix Ikner, a student at the school. They also said his mother is a Sheriff's Deputy, and said Ikner used his mother's weapon in the killing.

His mother has been an officer for over 18 years and authorities say she has done a "tremendous job."

Authorities have said that the two who were killed were not FSU students.

The university and authorities are asking student, staff and faculty to call their loved ones if they haven’t already. The area is still considered an active crime scene.

Tragedy struck Florida State University today after reports of an active shooter near the Student Union. Law enforcement acted fastβ€”neutralizing the threat and taking one suspect into custody. Multiple people have been injured. At least one life has been lost.

This is still an active investigation, and details continue to unfold. What we do know is this: the rapid response by officers from the Tallahassee Police Department, FDLE, federal partners, and campus security saved lives today.

We stand with the entire FSU communityβ€”and with the brave men and women who ran toward danger to protect it.

To every officer on the scene: your courage matters. Your presence matters. You made the difference.

We’ll continue to monitor and share updates as they become available.
