Press Release: Fort Collins Police Arrest Suspect Associated with Three Sexual Assaults
Colorado: In March 2025, Fort Collins Police (FCPS) investigated three independent cases of sexual assault involving two different victims. These victims were not known to each other.
On March 16, 2025, a victim reported to FCPS she was sexually assaulted by a stranger around 2 a.m. as she was walking downtown. A man approached her and sexually assaulted her. She was able to run away and made a report to police the same day.
On March 23, 2025, a different victim called 911 to report she was being sexually assaulted by a man she met on a dating application. He fled when the victim called 911. The victim later revealed to FCPS detectives the same suspect sexually assaulted her during a previous encounter approximately two weeks prior.
Working with District 1 Patrol officers, detectives determined the suspect was the same in each of these three reports. He was identified as Jesse Romero DiGrappa (DOB 07/16/1997), who recently moved to Fort Collins in January of 2025.
On Thursday, April 3, 2025, detectives took DiGrappa into custody and booked him into Larimer County Jail on the following charges:
Β· Class 1 Misdemeanor - Unlawful Sexual Contact (2 Counts)
Β· Class 4 Felony - Unlawful Sexual Contact (1 Count)
Β· Class 4 Felony - Sexual Assault (3 Counts)
Β· Class 1 Misdemeanor - Possessing a Dangerous or Illegal Weapon (1 Count)
During the investigation, detectives seized metallic knuckles belonging to DiGrappa. Metallic knuckles are considered an illegal weapon in the State of Colorado and possession of this item is prohibited. No weapons were used in the commission of any of the reported sexual assaults.
Based on details of the investigation, detectives are concerned there may be additional victims. Anyone with information about these incidents or the suspect, and who has not already spoken to police, is asked to contact Detective RJ Tuttle at (970) 416-2575, or rtuttle@fcgov.com.
Charges are merely an accusation by law enforcement and all suspects must be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

NEW: The delegation of House Democrats visiting the southern border today will hold no public events and their visit is closed to press. A Border Patrol source just sent me this photo showing Congressman Bennie Thompson at the Chula Vista Border Patrol station. Fox News reached out to the Dems to inquire about covering the visit, as have other media outlets, and we were told it is not public. The Dems say their visit is to "conduct oversight" of the Trump admin's border policies.

Texas: A Bellaire police officer and another driver were injured early Friday morning after a van crashed into a patrol vehicle on IH 610, according to the Bellaire Police Department.
The incident occurred around 1:46 AM on April 4 while the officer was assisting a stranded motorist in the 6400 block of the highway. Authorities say the van, traveling in the same direction, failed to slow down or move over, striking the back of the police unit.
Thankfully, the stranded motorist had already left the scene and was unharmed. Both the officer and the van driver were transported to the hospital and have since been released.
First responders reported a strong odor of alcohol from the van driver, who is known to have five prior DWI convictions. Charges are expected pending the outcome of the ongoing investigation.
The Bellaire Police Department urges drivers to always slow down and move over for emergency vehiclesβand never drive under the influence.

More blood is on Judge Hilary Unger's hands. Austin Collette pled guilty to another murder in December of 2024, yet he was still allowed to be free before sentencing. Now he murdered his girlfriend and killed himself. This senseless tragedy was 100% preventable.
"... Judge Hilary Unger, could have revoked Collette's bond, and prosecutors could have filed a motion to detain him in jail after the plea. Neither step was taken, per online records." - https://abc13.com/post/murder-suicide-suspect-was-bond-waiting-sentence/16125173/

A Utah man is in custody following a shooting and car chase that started in South Salt Lake and led police to Taylorsville.
Troopers report they could hear screaming before shots were fired from inside the residence. The brother returned to the troopers, saying that Carson had a black rifle and pointed it at him multiple times. The shooting would continue for several minutes sporadically.
Eventually, the garage door of the home opened and investigators witnessed Moffitt drive out inside of the Subaru. It wasn't until a Taylorsville officer crashed into Moffitt that he could be taken into custody. The officer who was involved in the crash was taken to the hospital with minor injuries but was released.
