BREAKING: DHS sources confirm to Fox News that a Houston murder suspect accused of fatally stabbing another man 20+ times is an Afghan national who was brought into the US by the Biden admin via Operation Allies Welcome in Sept 2021 & later granted asylum.

According to local media, the victim was a fellow Afghan national who had worked with the US military as an interpreter and lost both his legs to a suicide bomber. He had apparently been helping the suspect, and the suspect wasn't happy with the progress of his refugee case.

BREAKING: DHS is sending out termination notices to approximately 530k CHNV (Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela) parolees in batches starting today:

Approximately 175k Notices will be sent out electronically to the in-country CHNV parolees each day—The process is slated to be complete Monday.

Texas: A San Angelo police officer was transported to the hospital after an altercation took place with a suspect on March 28.

According to the San Angelo Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 4000 block of Green Valley Trail on Friday morning for suspicious subjects.

During the investigation, an officer attempted to detain a suspect, which resulted in a physical altercation.

SAPD reported that the officer was transported to Shannon Medical Center for treatment.

Suspsect of alleged stolen truck has been detained by police following a high-speed pursuit that ended in the Long Beach area after several vehicle collisions, including a major crash at an intersection.

One of the accusing officers, Lt. Alex Guzman, wrote, "Farley has fostered a workplace environment characterized by inappropriate behavior and so-called 'practical jokes' that are demeaning, demoralizing, and targeted."

A Philadelphia officer was injured after being hit by a car while on a dirt bike in Southwest Philadelphia Friday afternoon, police said.

The officer was on a dirt bike at the intersection of South 61st Street and Woodland Avenue when he was hit by a car just before 4 p.m., police said in a news release.

Police haven't released any information about the car that struck the officer.

The officer is expected to be treated and released after being taken to the Presbyterian Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.

He is expected to be OK, according to police.

Florida: Two people were taken into custody after a shoplifting incident at Dolphin Mall ended in a foot pursuit that sent a Sweetwater Police officer to the hospital.

Sweetwater Police units responded to the shopping center after, they said, a man and a woman shoplifted at a store, Thursday afternoon.
The woman was quickly caught, while the man fled on foot, investigators said.

During the foot pursuit, officials said, the officer had to jump a fence, and that’s when he fractured his ankle.

The officer was transported to HCA Florida Kendall Hospital for treatment.
