A driver is lucky to be alive after he crashed into a massive saguaro cactus which broke off and impaled his windscreen. Kai Scott, 39, was driving on the outskirts of Tucson, Arizona, near North First Avenue and East Agave, at around 9.30am on Wednesday, July 10, when the incident occurred. While attempting to cross a median, Scott veered to the other side of the road and crashed into the cactus. Upon impact the saguaro cactus, which can grow to be 60 feet tall, splintered and partially broke off into the driver's windshield.๐ŸŒต #fuck_lucky

Police in Kansas City, Missouri, said the cab driver picked the man up in the 1500 block of SW Sunset Drive in Blue Springs on June 20 before taking him to 112th Terrace and Hickman Mills Drive in Kansas City, according to WDAF-TV. The unidentified man, who turned himself into police Wednesday night after three weeks on the run, asked the taxi driver to pull into a driveway adjacent to a discount bail bonds business.However, when he was informed of his total fare, the suspect reportedly refused to pay, prompting to taxi driver to call police.

R. Kelly was arrested in Chicago on Thursday after he was indicted by a grand jury on 13 federal counts, including sex crimes. The singer, 52, already facing sexual abuse charges brought by Illinois prosecutors, is understood to have been detained while walking his dog at around 7pm. U.S. Attorney's office spokesman Joseph Fitzpatrick said the R&B star was taken into custody and was being held by federal authorities. 'The counts include child porn, enticement of a minor and obstruction of justice,' Fitzpatrick said, adding that further details would be released later Friday. President Trump has declared a state of emergency in Louisiana after residents boarded up their businesses and at least 10,000 people were ordered to evacuate from parts of the Gulf Coast.
