Prosecutors believe that the comments may have been the motive behind rapper Nipsey Hussle's killing outside his clothing store in South Los Angeles. In the grand jury transcripts, which provide the first glimpse of prosecutors' case against Eric R. Holder (left), Hussle's friend Herman Douglas testified about a conversation he overheard between the rapper and Holder. Douglas said he heard Hussle tell Holder there were rumors he had been talking to police about the Rollin' 60s gang, and that police documents or court records showed it. 'You need to address it,' Douglas remembers Hussle saying in a conversation outside The Marathon, the rapper's clothing store where he was shot six minutes later.

Friends of missing University of Utah student Mackenzie Lueck have informed police they spotted activity on her personal Instagram page at around noon on Wednesday. Lueck, a 23-year-old sorority member, disappeared after taking a Lyft car on June 17 from the airport to a park located miles away from her apartment in Salt Lake. However her Instagram account starting following a page called Fatherless, which claims to be for people with ‘daddy issues’, posting very sexual photos and memes to its 47,000 followers.
