McDonald's employees have made a lucky escape after a car smashed through the wall of a drive-thru. The yellow hatchback burst through the side wall of the drive-thru at Raymond Terrace McDonald's in the NSW Hunter region at about 7pm on Sunday. The 72-year-old Metford woman who was driving the Honda Jazz escaped uninjured, as did employees inside the restaurant.
