Bed-Stuy Shooting Leaves Man Dead And 3 Injured, Cops Say

#Brooklyn: A shooting in #BedStuy left one person dead and three others injured, #NYPD said.

A 20-year-old was fatally shot in the head and chest inside an apartment building on Fulton Street near Utica Avenue at about 10:25 p.m. Wednesday night, said police.

A 55-year-old woman was shot in the stomach during the attack, another 20-year-old man was shot in the torso and a 22-year-old woman had a graze wound on her buttocks, said police.

Emergency responders rushed the 55-year-old woman and man to Brookdale Hospital and the 22-year-old woman to Kings County Hospital, according to police.

Both women are in stable condition and the 20-year-old is in critical condition, police said.

Police had made no arrests as of Thursday morning and withheld the victim's name until his family could be notified.

#NYPD are searching for a woman who smashed the glass windows of a Jamaican restaurant in the Bronx in an angry rage after they told her they ran out of beef patties. The woman arrived to Back Home, a Jamaican eatery in the Bronx, around 4.20pm on January 15 and ordered a beef patty. When an employee told her they had just run out of beef patties, she argued with the worker and stormed out. Officers executing a search warrant at the home of a 'known gang member' in Fontana, California, came across the hideaway on Thursday night. 'While searching the house a man hole was located that led to an underground hiding area and an additional underground area that was being used as a shooting range,' the Fontana Police Department said in a press release.
