The new ice disk was spotted on the Cedar River, in Gladwin, Michigan on Monday by a man out on a walk. It's size is unknown. A rotating ice disk that formed on the Presumpscot River near Westbrook, Maine, last week, has its own webcam, requested by Brown University.The 100-yard wide natural phenomenon in Maine gained international attention.The disks are believed to have formed naturally where there's a circular current that creates a whirlpool effect - they've drawn comparisons to alien spacecraft.
