New York, Canandaigua -- Rescuers caught a skier that was slipping off a chairlift at a ski resort upstate this weekend. The skier could be seen dangling by her jacket at the Bristol Mountain Ski Resort on Sunday.

KENOSHA, Wis. - Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley announced Tuesday, Jan. 5 that he will not file criminal charges against Rusten Sheskey, a white Kenosha police officer who shot Jacob Blake, who is Black, in the back in Kenosha Aug. 23, leaving him paralyzed and setting off sometimes violent protests in the city. It was clear before Tuesday the City of Kenosha was preparing for a decision. On Monday night, the Kenosha Common Council unanimously approved a resolution declaring an emergency in the City of Kenosha. The declaration grants Kenosha Mayor John Antaramian emergency authority upon the announcement of the decision. The declaration is set to last eight days. Enrique Tarrio, the leader of the Proud Boys, a Patriots group has been banned from Washington, D.C. by a judge after a protest his group orchestrated. He was banned in response to allegedly vandalizing a fucking BLM flag. He was also carrying high-capacity firearm magazines when he was arrested. Tarrio was charged with destruction of property and for illegally carrying high-capacity magazines. When the police pulled him over they found two unloaded magazines with the Proud Boys logo on them, that could carry up to 30 rounds and are meant to be used for M4 or AR-15 automatic weapons. The leader of the Proud Boys admitted to the police that he did burn the BLM flag: “There was no hate crime committed,” he wrote. “It isn’t about the color of the someone’s skin. Against the wishes of my attorney I am here today to admit that I am the person responsible for the burning of this sign.”
