UK: The Met has made 155 arrests while policing a number of demonstrations in central London today, Saturday 28 November. Those arrests were for offences including breaching coronavirus regulations, assaulting a police officer and possession of drugs. Officers made a number of early interventions to prevent people from gathering and to urge people to go home. As part of this, coaches transporting protestors into the capital were intercepted and those who did not turn back and go home were either arrested or issued with fixed penalty notices. Chief Superintendent Stuart Bell, policing commander for this event, said: “This was a challenging day for Met, City of London and British Transport Police officers and I would like to thank them for the professionalism they have shown throughout the day.

Portland PD: An outdoor kitchen in downtown Portland was robbed at gunpoint and heavily vandalized. On Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 2:33a.m., Central Precinct officers were dispatched to a report of a disturbance involving a weapon in the 1000 block of Southwest 3rd Avenue. When officers arrived they saw that an outdoor kitchen was heavily damaged (photos). An adult male victim reported that he was working in the kitchen when he was robbed by a group of about a dozen suspects. According to the victim, one suspect was armed with a shotgun. The victim said that some of his cooking equipment was stolen and other equipment was damaged. The suspects also heavily damaged the victim's car parked next to his canopy. (Read more.)

UK: 180 mph motorcycle high speed chase of a teenager
COCOA, Fla. - The Brevard County Sheriff's Office says two people were shot at a funeral service for one of the teenage boys killed in a deputy-involved shooting in Cocoa earlier this month. The shooting happened at the funeral service for Sincere Pierce, 18. He and Angelo Crooms, 16, were shot and killed when a deputy fired into a car as it drove toward them. The deputy was trying to initiate a traffic stop. Dashcam video was released of the incident. Investigators say the identities of the victims are not being released at this time and that there is no information concerning a suspect or suspects. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the communications center of the Brevard County Sheriff's Office at 321-633-7162 or Crimeline at 407-321-8477.
