San Diego PD, we need your help identifying a victim of a fatal hit & run. On October 15, 2020, the woman in this video was struck by an SUV in the San Ysidro neighborhood. A Silver SUV struck her and fled the scene. After an extensive investigation, the identity of the woman remains unknown. The female is described as a Hispanic female in her 40’s. She has a number of tattoos, including “Martin” on the upper mid chest and “Mi Madre Maria” on the upper left breast.
