Tucker Carlson Tonight: Our System Isn’t Fair. We could go on tonight about what happened in last week’s election, and in future shows we will. But for now, here’s the point: we don’t know how many votes were stolen on Tuesday. We don’t know anything about the software some say was rigged. We ought to find out. But here’s what we do know: on a larger level — at the highest levels, actually — our system isn’t fair.

A dozen planes filed with Russian peacekeepers headed for Nagorno-Karabakh on Tuesday, hours after Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to halt fighting over the separatist region and amid signs this cease-fire would hold where others hadn't. The truce came after significant advances by Azerbaijani forces that the Nagorno-Karabakh leader said made it impossible for their side to carry on — but angered many Armenians, who stormed government buildings overnight, demanding the Parliament invalidate the agreement. Several cease-fires announced over the past six weeks crumbled almost immediately, but the current agreement appeared to be holding, with neither side reporting any more fighting since it came into force.

Moment an unarmed man was shot dead by sheriff's deputies who fired approximately 34 rounds while he was driving a car in an LA parking lot. Father-of-three Ryan Twyman, 24, was killed in the South Los Angeles-area neighborhood of Willowbrook on Thursday,…
The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday will consider a $3.9 million settlement of a federal lawsuit brought by the family of Ryan Twyman, an unarmed 24-year-old Compton man shot to death in his car by sheriff's deputies in Willowbrook. The deputies alleged that Twyman tried to use the Kia Forte as a weapon. (Video of deadly deputy-involved shooting in Willowbrook.) The plaintiffs -- who included Twyman's three minor sons, his parents and Daimeon Leffall, a passenger in the car -- alleged civil rights violations, battery and negligence. According to the plaintiffs' court papers, the deputies "violently" confronted Twyman even though he and Leffall were unarmed and not a threat to them. The deputies then opened fire, killing Twyman and injuring Leffall, according to the court papers filed in January. The plaintiffs alleged the deputies violated an LASD policy that forbids using deadly force against people in a vehicle.
