A Florida sheriff's deputy was stabbed in the neck Sunday while chasing a suspect through a wooded area, authorities said. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office released body-camera footage of the incident showing deputies responding to a home in the Tampa suburb of Lithia to assist another agency with an involuntary mental health evaluation. Nicolas Furgason, 21, was cooperating with deputies when he fled after learning he would be admitted to a mental health facility under a state law that allows involuntary institutionalization. He ran into a wooded area and was pursued by Deputy Charles Williams on foot while another pursued him in a patrol vehicle. Williams caught up with Furgason on a trail and tried to de-escalate the situation, authorities said. (Read the Full Story.)

⚠️🔥 WEST ZONE EVACUATION ORDER REDUCED TO EVACUATION WARNING IN THE AREA OF HULLS VALLEY IN MENDOCINO COUNTY
VALLEJO, Calif. - Police in Vallejo are looking for the people who destroyed a memorial for two officers who died. Someone smashed a billboard that honored two Vallejo police officers killed in the line of duty. Jeff Azuar, a 21-year VPD veteran, was shot and killed while serving a warrant on April 12, 2000. He was 50. Jim Capoot was shot and killed following a foot chase of a bank robbery suspect on Nov. 17, 2011. He was 43 and, like Azuar, served 21 years with the VPD and was a veteran. In a statement, the Vallejo police officers union wrote that "destroying a memorial that honors the dead is truly despicable and disgusting. It is also hateful, disgraceful and cowardly." The billboard is on Rollingwood Drive near Skyview Memorial Lawn Cemetery. The union said it is working with community leaders to restore it.

Hi, I have a tip for you.

I’m a son of a retired police officer and I can’t let corrupt cops destroy America. I’ve got the information from credible sources in local police departments, off the record. I’ve just put the facts together. Everyone should know what lame tactics Democrats are using to torpedo Trump. Here’s the summary:

FBI senior supervisory agent in Palo Alto, California, Kevin Phelan is a confidant of former FBI deputy chief of counterintelligence Peter Strzok, who has links to the Democratic establishment. He was fired in 2018 over sending anti-Trump texts to FBI lawyer Carter Page.

A credible source in MPD claims that Kevin Phelan met Minneapolis police chief Medaria Arradondo in early May. Arradondo was told to plot an incident involving a Black resident to spark riots before the election. The same strategy was used by Democrats in 2016.

Arradondo, the first Black chief of the mostly white police department, ordered MPD patrol to call Derek Chauvin in case of a report involving a Black suspect, knowing Chauvin has a pattern of excessive force.

As you know, the incident didn’t damage Arradondo. In the wake of Floyd’s killing, in an interview with Lesley Stahl on CBS News, he was telling how he would reshape MPD. A few months later, Derek Chauvin, charged with second-degree murder, third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter in Floyd’s death, was released on $1M bond. Coincidentally, it was paid by a bond insurance company based in California where agent Phelan is currently working. As expected, Chauvin’s release has fueled the protests in Minneapolis.

Hope you'll expose these bastards!

All the best,

N.

Kyle Rittenhouse won’t be charged for gun offense in Illinois: prosecutors. The Lake County state’s attorney’s office says it will not file additional charges against Kyle Rittenhouse in connection to the gun he allegedly used to fatally shoot two people during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Antioch police determined that his rifle was purchased, stored and used in Wisconsin — not in violation of Illinois law, the state’s attorney’s office said Tuesday in a statement. Also, there is no evidence the gun was ever possessed by Rittenhouse, 17, in Illinois, prosecutors said. Rittenhouse was arrested at his Antioch home a day after prosecutors say he shot and killed two protesters and injured a third in Kenosha on Aug. 25 during protests over Jacob Blake’s shooting. Rittenhouse is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the killing of two protesters and attempted intentional homicide in the wounding of a third. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of underage firearm possession for wielding a semi-automatic rifle in Wisconsin. He remains held in a juvenile detention center in Lake County without bond due to pending criminal charges in Kenosha. Rittenhouse is due in Lake County court on Oct. 30 for an extradition hearing. Rittenhouse’s lawyer has argued that the teen shouldn’t be sent back to Wisconsin to face homicide charges because “this is not a legitimate criminal prosecution, it is a political prosecution.”
