Attorneys for Kenosha gunman Kyle Rittenhouse have announced they plan to sue stupid Joe Biden and his campaign for libel after the presidential candidate tweeted a video suggesting the teenager is a white supremacist. Lin Wood, who is representing the 17-year-old shooter, on Tuesday said he is taking steps to demand a formal 'public retraction' from the Biden/Harris campaign shortly after the former VP shared the clip. The 50-second video showed a mashup of scenes from white supremacist rallies and far-right groups across the country as debate moderator Chris Wallace is heard asking Trump if he is willing to condemn the racist organizations. The clip also includes a shot of Rittenhouse holding a rifle during the Kenosha protests, where is accused of fatally shooting two demonstrators. 'There's no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night,' Biden said. The tweet received over 273000 likes and more than 67000 retweets. #FreeKyle

Portland Police have detained a member of the Proud Boys who pointed a gun at Antifa protesters in August during a protest downtown. Alan James Swinney, 50, has been charged with multiple assault charges, pointing a firearm at another, unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful use of tear gas, stun gun or mace. He is currently being held at the Multnomah County Jail. Video and photos from the August 22 rally in Portland shows Swinney pointing a revolver at a crowd of counter-protesters. Police have cited staffing shortages as to why they did not intervene when many far-right protesters used paintball guns and baseball bats to assault the members of Antifa. Swinney initially claimed that police had cleared him of any wrongdoing as it relates to the violent clashes that took place on August 22.

A grand jury in Texas decided Monday to take no action against a volunteer security guard who shot a gunman dead inside his Fort Worth-area church last December, FOX News reported. Jack Wilson, head of the volunteer security team at West Freeway Church of Christ in White Settlement, killed a man who first opened fire among a more than 260-person congregation on Dec. 29, 2019. Security camera footage and a live stream of the Sunday service showed the shooter, Keith Thomas Kinnunen, enter the church wearing a disguise, including a wig and a fake beard, before standing up in his pew during communion and firing two fatal shots. He killed 67-year-old Richard White, another security volunteer, and 64-year-old Anton “Tony” Wallace, a server. Kinnunen was then seen on video making his way toward the front of the congregation, before Wilson, securing a clear range of fire, fired a single shot from across the room, fatally striking him in the head.
A 49-year-old man drove a pickup truck into a Florida swimming pool after veering from the road to avoid hitting a disabled vehicle, according to a report. Florida Highway Patrol said the truck burst through a yard and a screened-in patio before crashing into the backyard pool. The driver was unharmed, and the truck’s bed and cab were not fully underwater. FHP tweeted a picture of the truck’s front end trapped in the water. “Drivers have to be alert for vehicles in the roadway,” FHP said.
