Richmond Police Department detective Mills would like you to take home Sabbath! This 2-year-old pit/lab mix LOVES hugs and snuggles. Can’t you tell? Sadly, he is pretty stressed out in his run… but he is super sweet and quiet when visiting people. Sabbath just needs to be spoiled in a loving home, where he is the only dog. If you’d like to adopt him, contact RACC at 804-646-2210.

BREAKING NEWS! The quarantine - which stops 16 million people from moving in and out of the entire Lombardy region as well as parts of Emilia Romagna, Marche, Piemonte and Veneto - was put into place by Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte last night. Anyone who flouts the quarantine rules - in which no-one can leave the 'orange zone' without a serious reason - could face three months in prison or a fine of up to $250. The killer disease has gripped Italy where the number of cases rose by 1,247 in the last 24 hours - the country's biggest daily increase in cases since the outbreak began - taking the total to 5,883. Another 36 people died as a result of the virus in Italy, bring the death toll to 233 in the largest outbreak in Europe. The restrictions will be in place until April 3. Under the quarantine, bars and restaurants will remain open but must ensure that everyone is seated at least a three feet apart.
Americans are continuing to flock to stores this weekend, standing on endless lines and loading up shopping carts with supplies, preparing for the worst as the US coronavirus infection and death toll numbers creep upwards. In the US, there have been 437 confirmed coronavirus cases reported in 26 states. Nineteen people have died so far. In Florida, where there have been seven coronavirus cases and two deaths, shoppers were seen lining up in the morning at a Costco in Miami, before the store opened, empty shopping carts ready to go. Once inside, the shoppers were quick to fill up their carts.
Meanwhile in China ...
So far in the UK there have been 209 confirmed cases of the disease and two deaths.
🥳
The coronavirus death toll in the US climbed to 21 Sunday after two new deaths were reported in Washington. Dr Anthony Fauci, head of the infectious diseases unit at the National Institutes of Health, said in the morning that four million coronavirus tests should be available by the end of the week. Fauci said that the US may soon implement widespread quarantines as Italy and China have done and warned high risk groups - including elderly people and those with weak immune systems - to avoid traveling. His comments came as President Donald Trump praised his administration's efforts to curb the outbreak on Twitter, writing: 'We have a perfectly coordinated and fine tuned plan at the White House for our attack on CoronaVirus. We moved VERY early to close borders to certain areas, which was a Godsend. V.P. is doing a great job. The Fake News Media is doing everything possible to make us look bad. Sad!'

Mike Ernster, a St. Paul police spokesman. “The officer could adjust their approach to the situation based on this information.” The St. Paul Police Department sought input from various organizations, including the Autism Society of Minnesota.
