Every officer deserves a supervisor who leads like this.
The kind who holds you accountable, has your back when things go sideways, and makes sure you learn from your mistakes without leaving you hanging.
Good leadership makes all the difference.

POTUS on the Binance hack: "We're learning about it. We don't know if it's North Korea β but if it is, we'll talk to North Korea about it."
POTUS on the midterms: "I did many tele-town halls today. I leave early tomorrow for Iowa, I leave early tomorrow for Kansas β then on Monday, we're doing a lot of different events... I feel very good."
POTUS: "Iran will never have a nuclear weapon. They want to make a deal; we'll find out about that."
"How are the negotiations going?"
POTUS: "They're going fine, but they're not very reliable... They make a deal and then they back out."
POTUS: "They're really fighting. Nobody wants Abdul, and Stevens is in there fighting β you gotta give her credit... He is a person that hates black people, hates Jewish people, and I think probably hates all people."
POTUS on the Alaska Senate fraud: "It's a Democrat con job... That really started with Schumer and Elias, the lawyer... I think they should be held criminally responsible."

The Insurrection Act is not just for violent uprisings. POTUS can lawfully invoke the Insurrection Act to stop any βinsurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or CONSPIRACY, if it opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those lawsβ.
What we are witnessing in Alaska, California, and in Democrat-controlled states/cities around the nation, is literally being described by the Trump DOJ as a βcriminal conspiracyβ to obstruct the execution of federal law, because they are allowing and encouraging illegals to vote.
The Demsβ actions have already met the conditions to invoke the Insurrection Act. They technically already did so long ago, by creating their unconstitutional βsanctuary citiesβ.
What Iβm saying is, the Demsβ election fraud conspiracy fits the legal conditions to invoke the Insurrection Act, according to 10 USC Sec. 253.
The election fraud is the Insurrection.
