Sullivan, a candidate who was reportedly recruited to run as a spoiler and siphon votes away from incumbent Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan.

Peltola denies wrongdoing while Fox News' Matt Finn reports that Daniel J. Sullivan maintains that he is genuinely campaigning as a real candidate.

Now, state officials are investigating whether any election laws were broken.

BREAKING: Illegal alien accused of assaulting NYPD officer released, now on the loose.

Alpha Bah, an illegal alien from Guinea who entered the U.S. in November 2023, was released by NYPD after being arrested in October 2026 for aggravated assault of a police officer with a deadly weapon, despite ICE filing multiple detainer requests. ICE Director David J. Venturella and DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin criticized New York City's sanctuary policies for refusing to cooperate with federal immigration enforcement, leaving Bah at large. ICE is currently seeking information on Bah's location via their tip line.

NEW: Today we are announcing federal charges against Hanh Minh Nguyen, 75, of Anaheim, under the PACT Act for luring a puppy under her minivan with food, then deliberately driving over and killing him.

President Trump signed the 2019 PACT Act into law, expanding previous federal legislation by making severe forms of animal cruelty federal felonies.

Nguyen faces up to seven years in federal prison if convicted. She is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Attempted Carjacking    

At approximately 3:15 a.m. on October 30, a reckless vehicle eluded deputies and drove off the on ramp to SR 512.

The suspect then attempted to carjack a vehicle traveling eastbound on SR 512 before being taken into custody.

NEW: A Nutter Fort West Virginia police officer has been released from the hospital with minor injuries following a Friday morning two-vehicle crash at the intersection of U.S. Route 20 and Route 98.

The collision occurred at approximately 7:45 a.m. when a southbound Nutter Fort police cruiser collided with another vehicle attempting to turn onto Route 98. Witnesses told deputies from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office that the cruiser had the right-of-way.

The officer and his police K-9 partner were both transported for medical evaluations and have since been released. The K-9 was not injured, and the officer sustained minor injuries.
