Officials confirmed a deputy died Saturday afternoon after an accident involving a coal truck in Logan County, West Virginia.

BREAKING: CATASTROPHIC FLOODING EXPECTED ALONG THE SAN JUAN RIVER, UTAH

The Navajo Police Department shared an urgent Sunday morning update warning of catastrophic flooding along the San Juan River from Four Corners to Mexican Hat.

The National Weather Service in Grand Junction forecasts the river will exceed record levels near Mexican Hat, reaching an estimated 36 feet by 5 p.m. Sunday.

Law enforcement and emergency responders are working around the clock in continuing to evacuate the local community. Keeping the roads clear allows for our team to respond safely and quickly

NEW: ICE sources confirm to FoxNews that they've arrested two more illegal aliens in the state of Ohio, one who have allegedly illegally been using federal SNAP benefits. They include FATOUMATA NIANG, a Mauritanian illegal alien who has had a final deportation order since 8/1/2006 and entered the country illegally as a gotaway. ICE arrested her in Cleveland, OH.

Also arrested was MAXIME PHARILIEN, a Haitian illegal alien w/ a final deportation order since March 2023 who was previously caught and released at the border in El Paso, TX by the Biden administration in May 2021. ICE arrested by ICE in Westerville, OH. He has also held permanent residency status in both Brazil and Mexico before illegally entering the US.

NOW: Trump and California attorneys just argued for nearly two hours before three 9th Circuit Judges about alleged non-citizens on CA voter rolls.  US Govt is asking the 9th circuit panel to making a ruling "ASAP," arguing every day that goes by, hundreds of thousands CA ballots may be tabulated. But the question of whether the 9th circuit even has jurisdiction was seriously called into question.
