βBut they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment. For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean.β

NEW: ICE announces that the Dominican criminal illegal alien shot by ICE in the Bronx yesterday previously fled from ICE in September, and ICE didnβt pursue. Yesterday, ICE says they tried to block him in with several vehicles and he tried to flee again by ramming the ICE cars. ICE says they also had a detainer on him on a prior arrest last year, but NYC released him and ignored the detainer.
ICE says because heβs a known flight risk, they now have him in detention outside of New York.
DHS Sec. Mullin then blasts NYC Mayor Mamdani for referring to the alien as a βNew Yorkerβ, and for running to the microphones about this, but having nothing to say about the attempted stabbing murder & robbery of a NYPD officer by two Dominican illegal aliens last week.

"Did the mayor of New York say anything about that? Did the individuals that's in the streets demanding justice for this criminal that we picked up yesterday? Did anybody come out for the officer that was stabbed seven times by these criminals?"
"Not a word was said. Not a word was said by the mayor. Not a word was said by the governor."

"We have leveled 14,766 detainers for the state of New York, that means individuals that are locked up that have extensive criminal backgrounds, that the state of New York has in custody...Silence, absolute silence is what weβve got from New York off of those detainers."
"This individual yesterday decided to not comply with lawful orders, given by federal law enforcement officers, ICE officers, good men and women that are out there every day enforcing immigration laws... he has charges in New York for robbery, grand larceny, theft armed with a deadly weapon." Marcos Charles, ICE ERO Executive Associate Director"
"This is what I hate about fake news... when weβre doing a press conference on something you guys want to completely steer away when you realize that this isnβt someone that you should be defending."

This is NYPD Detective Jose Mercedes. He was stabbed SEVEN times while off duty by two illegal Dominicans.
This happened last week. Two miles away from the ICE shooting yesterday.
This is not a story NYC Dems care about.
Keep him in mind when you hear those same Democrats demand that ICE be abolished.

ICYMI: Authorities conduct sweeping crackdown in L.A.'s Skid Row
Los Angeles police assisted with a large-scale federal crackdown on drug dealers in Skid Row and other areas that resulted in over 20 arrests Thursday morning.
Bill Essayli: "This morning we executed 28 arrest warrants and 44 search warrants for federal drug trafficking offenses involving fentanyl, PCP, and other narcotics in and around Skid Row.
Drug dealers prey on the homeless, keeping them addicted to horrific drugs and collecting their government assistance money in exchange. Itβs all about making money. That ends today.
This was a massive joint operation between the HSTaskForce and LAPD. Over 300 law enforcement officers participated. More details at our 1 p.m. PSD press conference."

BREAKING A Judge just blocked the deportation of the Bronx ICE target:
A federal judge has blocked the deportation of Oscar Bergal, the man shot by an ICE officer during a targeted enforcement operation in the Bronx Thursday.
DHS describes Bergal as an illegal immigrant from the Dominican Republic with a grand larceny conviction and associations with the Trinitarios gang.
In an order issued Friday, Judge J. Paul Oetken ruled Bergal cannot be removed from the United States without another court order while his petition challenging his detention is pending.
The judge also restricted transfersβallowing him to be moved only to facilities within the Southern or Eastern Districts of New York, or the District of New Jersey, without further court approval.
DHS says Bergal was transferred to an detention outside of New York due to his criminal history and flight risk.
The order does not direct his release. It remains in effect unless the judge assigned to the case changes or lifts it.
