DEMOCRAT RUN CHICAGO: He took a WOMAN’S LIFE and only got 4 YEARS!!

A Chicago judge gave four years to the driver who hit an Uber Eats courier in the street and left her toddler strapped in the back seat.
⠀
Jennifer Kelleher, 27, of Brookfield, was standing outside her car on a delivery in the 5000 block of West Washington in Chicago’s Austin community about 5:45 p.m. Jan. 27, 2023.

Her almost-2-year-old son was buckled in the rear. Lydale Durr, 49, never slowed, prosecutors said, citing security video.

He drove off in a 2012 Buick and tried to stash it in an alley. His license had been revoked since January 2002.
⠀
He pleaded guilty to failure to report a f@tal accident. Judge William Gamboney imposed four years.

With jail credit and Illinois’ 50 percent cut, CWB Chicago reports he is slated out in September 2027.

How can someone take a person’s life and only face four years behind bars?

We went on offense — and the results speak for themselves.

Summer Heat 2.0:

✓ 120% increase in weapons seized
✓ 65% increase in fentanyl seized
✓ 35% increase in children found and located
✓ Arrests up 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, even 80% in cities across America

We moved 2,000 FBI personnel out of Washington and permanently into the field because that’s where the mission is.

We are not waiting for gangbangers, drug traffickers, and weapons dealers to devastate our communities.

Under President Trump’s leadership, this FBI is staying on offense to crush violent crime and defend the homeland.

NEW: Two people, including police officer, injured in KCK confrontation.

Melissa Underwood, a spokesperson for the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, said in an email that KBI officials were called to investigate an “officer-involved critical incident” near the intersection of North 29th Street and State Avenue Tuesday evening. She said a man and a Kansas City, Kansas, officer were both injured in a confrontation and brought to hospitals for treatment.

Underwood said once KBI agents had time to investigate further, the department would release additional information. She indicated the department was not investigating a shooting and that neither person involved was injured by gunfire.

The officer had non-life-threatening injuries. Please join us in sending prayers and, or positive thoughts for his recovery🙏🏻

We are a constitutional republic — not a socialist anarchy, and not a police state.

America is defended by LAW AND ORDER.

This FBI and our law enforcement partners are energized and on offense: backing the blue, hunting terrorists, putting rapists and drug dealers behind bars, and manhunting those who seek to harm our way of life.

Under President Trump’s leadership, law enforcement has the backing and resources to do the mission.

We will defend our communities. We will defend the Constitution. And we will keep taking the fight to those who threaten the American people.

Injured Fort Worth officer asks: What’s being done to fix workers’ comp?

Fort Worth police officer Bobbie Sanchez, injured on duty in July 2024, has spent over two years fighting for medical treatment and reimbursement, citing delays and denials by workers' compensation administrator Sedgwick. Her case highlights broader frustrations among first responders, with records showing police and firefighters face higher claim denial rates than other city employees.
The city's contract with Sedgwick is nearing expiration, but no new request for proposals has been issued as of late September 2026. While city officials defend Sedgwick's performance, Sanchez argues the issues are systemic. Meanwhile, the Texas Municipal Police Association is pushing legislation to allow critically injured responders to use personal insurance for immediate care and to require specific reasons for claim denials.

PROTECTING AMERICANS. The Trump Admin is sanctioning a Mexican cartel for funneling fentanyl and drug money across the southern border.

No President has had the courage to take on these drug cartels. That changed under President Trump, who will never stop fighting the cartels that try to poison Americans.

This happened yesterday around 5pm & it happened on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd & Westwood Blvd. This homeless man in a wheelchair with no legs fell out of his wheelchair & he hit the sidewalk. He passed out & the police came. The police officers tried to wake him up but couldn't. One of the police officers ran to his police vehicle & came back with narcan & the police officer put it up the homeless man's nose a couple of times. The homeless man was overdosing on some type of drug. So, The police officer was rubbing the homeless man's chest a couple of times to wake him up. Thank you to those police officers for being there for that homeless man. 📷pix.0f.lyfe

‼️ANOTHER ILLEGAL ALIEN STANDS ACCUSED OF M*RDER‼️ Wichita police used Flock plate readers to track down a 21-year-old illegal alien they say sh*t three relatives in a south-side house.

Call came at 11:29 a.m. Saturday in the 5000 block of East Blake, just off Oliver.

WPD Capt. Aaron Moses identified the victims as a 49-year-old man, a 40-year-old woman, and a 25-year-old woman who were pronounced dece@sed at the scene.

Six people plus the suspect were inside at the time of the incident. Authorities believe the sh*oting stemmed from a domestic incident. Juan Valenzuela-Silva fled the scene in a 2014 black Infiniti QX60.
⠀
Flock hits showed him leaving the city, leading to a Butler County deputy stopping him south of Augusta on U.S. 77 within two hours. He was taken into custody without incident.

Chief Joe Sullivan credited the cameras and the law enforcement partners for the arrest.

Police said he had no prior criminal history beyond a wreck.
