Nine out of ten Americans believe the government is corrupt. Is anyone surprised?
Washington keeps spending, government keeps growing, and American taxpayers are left footing the bill for fraud, waste, and programs that never seem to solve the problems they were created to fix.
The answer isnβt more government and higher taxes.
We need accountability. We need to stop wasting American tax dollars. And we need leaders in Washington who remember exactly who they work for.
America and the American people must come first.
Sheriff Mark Lamb

Honoring the Lives Lost on September 11
Crescenta Valley Sheriffβs Station was proud to participate in the 9/11 Memorial Motorcade, traveling through La Crescenta, Montrose, La CaΓ±ada Flintridge, and Glendale to honor the nearly 3,000 people who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.
We were joined by CHP Altadena, Glendale Police Department, Los Angeles County Fire Department, and many local residents driving classic cars as the motorcade visited schools throughout the area.
The event provided an opportunity for our communities to come together, reflect on the sacrifices made that day, and help ensure that future generations understand the significance of September 11 and the courage shown by first responders and ordinary citizens alike.
We are grateful to everyone who participated and to the schools and community members who came out to remember and pay their respects.
We will never forget.

NYPD Officer Moira Smith was assigned to Manhattan's 13th Precinct.
On September 11, 2001, she responded to the World Trade Center and helped people evacuate the area around the South Tower.
Survivors later described her directing and assisting civilians as they made their way out of the complex.
She was seen returning to help more people rather than leaving the scene herself.
Smith was last seen assisting evacuating civilians near the South Tower.
She was killed when the World Trade Center collapsed.
She was 38 years old and the only female NYPD officer killed in the attacks.
The NYPD later awarded her the department's Medal of Honor.
Survivors, fellow officers, and her family have helped preserve the record of what she did that morning.
People who escaped the World Trade Center credited her with helping them get out.
Moira Smith's final known actions were focused on moving others to safety. πΊπΈ

NEW: El Paso County Deputy Michael Ratai, a retired Staff Sergeant, received a Purple Heart during a ceremony at Centennial Hall in downtown Colorado Springs on Friday.
The award comes 15 years to the day after Ratai was wounded during combat while deployed in Afghanistan on Sept. 11, 2011.
Friends and family gathered at Centennial Hall to honor Ratai for his courage, sacrifice and military service.
Ratai expressed disbelief at finally receiving the Purple Heart after 15 years.
βIt took so long. It's 15 years to the day this year. And it just blew my mind and I went on, I told my wife,β Ratai said.
Kelly Ratai, wife of Deputy Michael Ratai, recalled the moment her husband told her about receiving the honor.

9/11 BOMBSHELL: New Declassified CIA Docs PROVE Bush KNEW About Possible Attacks, Did NOTHING...
Declassified CIA files just dropped on the 25th anniversary and the picture is ugly. Bush got eighteen Presidential Daily Briefs in 2001 warning Osama Bin Laden was determined to strike the United States.
Clinton saw the same plot in 1998 and passed on killing Bin Laden when he had the shot. The hijackers still walked in on legal visas, trained at U.S. flight schools, and operated out of Saudi-linked networks in San Diego.
The same leaders rebuilt Muslim countries and demanded Americans pretend this was a religion of peace.
Then they mass imported millions of Muslims and third worlders and flooded our communities with them.
This is the worst betrayal in the history of civilization.
Benny Johnson

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and we honor the first responders who ran toward danger when others were trying to escape.
Firefighters, police officers, EMS personnel, dispatchers, and countless others answered the call that day with extraordinary courage. Many made the ultimate sacrifice, and many more carried the physical and emotional cost for years afterward.
We remember the victims. We remember the heroes. We remember the families whose lives were changed forever.
Never forget.
