California Election Fraud Update:
James Brass, 47, of Victorville, was arrested today on a federal indictment charging him with paying people on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to sign petitions using stolen identities of registered voters to qualify initiatives on ballots in California elections.
Brass is expected to make his initial appearance this afternoon in United States District Court in Riverside.
Also charged in the two-count indictment are two petition circulators who worked for Brass: Courtney Price, 49, of Jacksonville, Florida, and Jateisha Herron, 33, of Boron, California.
All three defendants are charged with one count of conspiracy to commit identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony. Brass and Price are charged with an additional count of identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony.
The charged conduct undermines the confidence voters have in our election systems. We will vigorously investigate and charge anyone involved in corrupting our elections.

๐จNEW: A new USPS Inspector General audit found some Postal Service locations failed to properly handle mail-in ballots during this yearโs primary elections.
The audit cited inadequate staff training, ballot-tracking deficiencies, and errors that caused delays โ potentially putting ballots at risk of being incorrectly postmarked or arriving too late to be counted.
The findings come as the Supreme Court considers the Trump administrationโs election-related USPS rules.

Dramatic or deceptive? Amy Actonโs campaign CLAIMED an armed man โlunged at herโ, but the video evidence shows (and the prosecutor affirms) he NEVER GOT NEAR HER.
Patrick Havas was arrested at Ohioโs Canfield Fair after authorities said he pushed through a crowd and knocked two people down. He was carrying weapons, but the sheriffโs office says he never drew or brandished them.
Mahoning County Prosecutor Lynn Maro says his recording shows him approaching while calling Actonโs name before security intervenes. An initial search of his phone found no threats, and Maro said the video did NOT support felony charges.
So what REALLY happened? And is this a case of crying wolf or an outright case of trying to manipulate voters?

In Charlie Kirkโs final interview on Fox Nation, filmed hours before his assassination, he opens up about the Bible verse that gives him peace when life doesnโt make sense: Romans 8:28.
He reflects on facing difficult moments, from business closures to laying off staff, and says the verse reminds him that God can work even painful circumstances toward a greater purpose.

Claiborne County Deputy Terrian Bailey, who was killed in the line of duty, made his final journey home yesterday.
Members of the community lined Highway 61 to honor Bailey. They said if you were not related to Bailey, you likely knew someone who was or had an encounter with him and experienced his kindness.
They said seeing something like this happen in their tight-knit community is heartbreaking, but the support shown on Tuesday has been encouraging.
โIt touches everybody so deeply in the small community, like Port Gibson in Claiborne County, where one of our young officer has fallen. And Iโm glad to see the support we have,โ said one resident.
Rest Easy Brother. Prayers for his family of blue and blood.๐๐ป
