California Election Fraud Update:
James Brass, 47, of Victorville, was arrested today on a federal indictment charging him with paying people on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to sign petitions using stolen identities of registered voters to qualify initiatives on ballots in California elections.
Brass is expected to make his initial appearance this afternoon in United States District Court in Riverside.
Also charged in the two-count indictment are two petition circulators who worked for Brass: Courtney Price, 49, of Jacksonville, Florida, and Jateisha Herron, 33, of Boron, California.
All three defendants are charged with one count of conspiracy to commit identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony. Brass and Price are charged with an additional count of identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony.
The charged conduct undermines the confidence voters have in our election systems. We will vigorously investigate and charge anyone involved in corrupting our elections.

π¨NEW: A new USPS Inspector General audit found some Postal Service locations failed to properly handle mail-in ballots during this yearβs primary elections.
The audit cited inadequate staff training, ballot-tracking deficiencies, and errors that caused delays β potentially putting ballots at risk of being incorrectly postmarked or arriving too late to be counted.
The findings come as the Supreme Court considers the Trump administrationβs election-related USPS rules.

Dramatic or deceptive? Amy Actonβs campaign CLAIMED an armed man βlunged at herβ, but the video evidence shows (and the prosecutor affirms) he NEVER GOT NEAR HER.
Patrick Havas was arrested at Ohioβs Canfield Fair after authorities said he pushed through a crowd and knocked two people down. He was carrying weapons, but the sheriffβs office says he never drew or brandished them.
Mahoning County Prosecutor Lynn Maro says his recording shows him approaching while calling Actonβs name before security intervenes. An initial search of his phone found no threats, and Maro said the video did NOT support felony charges.
So what REALLY happened? And is this a case of crying wolf or an outright case of trying to manipulate voters?

In Charlie Kirkβs final interview on Fox Nation, filmed hours before his assassination, he opens up about the Bible verse that gives him peace when life doesnβt make sense: Romans 8:28.
He reflects on facing difficult moments, from business closures to laying off staff, and says the verse reminds him that God can work even painful circumstances toward a greater purpose.
