THIS MONSTER BLEW A KISS at the mother of two teenage boys he murdered... and SMILED while she sat in the courtroom grieving her children.

Brice Rhodes killed brothers Maurice Gordon, 14, and Larry Ordway, 16, because he believed they might tell police about another murder he committed.

Then while awaiting trial, Rhodes repeatedly turned toward their family in court, smiled and blew a kiss toward their mother. When the judge called him out for smiling, Rhodes basically responded that he could do whatever he wanted.

A jury eventually convicted him of THREE murders and sentenced him to LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE.

And the Kentucky Supreme Court unanimously upheld every conviction and that sentence.

He spent years acting like the courtroom was a joke.

Nobody is laughing now.

Three people are dead, including the suspected gunman, after a shooting inside a downtown Minneapolis high-rise, police say.

Four people were transported to the hospital with apparent gunshot wounds, where one later died. A second person was pronounced dead at the scene.

Three Minneapolis police officers were also injured, including two who were shot, as authorities continue investigating.

A 911 call about shots fired at the building came in just after 4:30 p.m. Officers were dispatched and less than two minutes later they were inside the building and quickly found victims, said Interim Police Chief Bill Peterson.

Court documents show the suspect of a shooting Wednesday in Minneapolis was being evicted for threatening people with a gun.

Jurors in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial head into a sixth day of deliberations after telling the judge they remain unable to agree on a unanimous verdict.

The judge has now issued a Tuey-Rodriguez charge, urging jurors to carefully reconsider their positions while making clear they should not abandon honestly held beliefs. It is a final step before the case could end in a mistrial.

Meanwhile, a separate courtroom controversy is unfolding after a woman accused of photographing jurors pleads not guilty to juror intimidation. She has been ordered to stay away from the courthouse and barred from sharing any images or videos of the jury.

Four UK citizens illegally crossed the Canadian border into Maine, and then two of them apparently thought the "oops, we got lost hiking" excuse was going to work.
It didn't.

All four eventually pleaded guilty to illegally entering the United States. Hameed Mohammed Nagi and Mohammed Sultan Saleh also admitted lying to federal investigators about how they got here.

Investigators say Nagi had actually come looking for work because he was worried he wouldn't qualify for a visa.

So instead of applying legally, the solution was apparently to travel to Canada, walk through the woods into Maine and hope nobody noticed.

A staffed, LEGAL port of entry was only a few hundred yards away.

OH THE IRONY!!! Denver Mayor Mike Johnston actually (literally) said "HELL NO" when the Trump administration tried to get Denver to back off its g*n restrictions... but guess what happened when a man approached HIM carrying what looked like a knife? HIS ARMED SECURITY PULLED A G*N.

Johnston's security detail was outside Union Station when the man approached carrying what appeared to be a real knife. An officer immediately drew his firearm and ordered him to drop it.

The blade turned out to be plastic, thankfully, and nobody was hurt.

THIS is why people carry g*ns. Threats don't send calendar invites. You don't get five minutes to determine whether the weapon coming toward you is real before deciding whether to protect yourself.

Johnston has pushed waiting periods, tighter g*n restrictions and Denver's assault-weapons ban.

Yet when danger appeared in front of HIM, an armed protector was exactly what he needed.

Markey just crushed Moulton in the Democratic Senate primary after repeatedly painting him as insufficiently supportive of transgender policies.

And Markey isn't being subtle about where HE stands.

He's the senator behind the "Transgender Bill of Rights," a sweeping proposal calling for expanded gender-identity protections, changes involving Title IX and broader access to transition-related medical care.

Think about the contrast.

One Democrat says, essentially, "I don't want my daughters competing against males," gets hammered until he APOLOGIZES... and still isn't progressive enough.
The other goes all-in and wins.

Massachusetts Democrats just told you exactly where their line is. Apparently protecting girls' sports is now the radical position.
