HERO ALERT: This father of five broke his neck and became paralyzed trying to reach two children caught in a rip current. From his ICU bed, he says he would do it ALL OVER AGAIN.

Josh Collette was at Riviera Beach in San Clemente when he saw two children struggling in the water and immediately ran in to help.

The 42-year-old surfer and swimmer dove headfirst into the ocean, struck a wall of sand created by the swell and rip currents and remembers feeling a β€œsnap” in his neck.

He broke two vertebrae and severely damaged his spinal cord. He currently cannot feel anything below his shoulders.

Praise God, both children made it safely out of the water.

Josh has spent the past two weeks in the ICU, unable to speak, communicating by moving his lips while his wife reads them.

And after EVERYTHING this decision has cost him, he says he would still do it again to help someone in danger. His wife calls him their β€œfamily hero.”

She is absolutely right. Make Josh Collette famous.

AMERICA, PAY ATTENTION. A warning coming out of Australia should sound VERY familiar to anyone watching what is happening across the Western world.

In a keynote address delivered on mining magnate Gina Rinehart's behalf, she sounded the alarm over record debt, business failures, falling living standards, rising crime, high immigration, expanding regulation and government efforts to police speech.

Then she warned about something even bigger: the slow erosion of the freedom to build a life, own a home, raise a family and speak your mind without government interference. Her message was aimed at Australians.

Americans would be foolish to assume the warning stops at their border. Read the full warning at the link below and decide how much of it already sounds familiar.

Twenty-five years after September 11, 2001, the FDNY remembers Father Mychal Judge not by how he died, but by how he lived.

Known to so many as a chaplain, a Friar, a mentor and a source of comfort, Father Judge dedicated his life to serving others. His kindness, compassion and words of hope continue to resonate with FDNY members, their families and New Yorkers today.

Presented by FDNY Pro Films, "Remembering Judge" tells the story of a life defined by service and leadership. It sheds light on the person who brought hope to members of the Department and their families during their darkest hours.

Join us for a special screening of "Remembering Judge" at 1:30PM Sunday, Sept. 6, or 6PM Friday, Sept. 11, at Firehouse Cinema in Manhattan. Tickets can be purchased at https://www.dctvny.org/s/firehouse-film/resilience-remembering-judge-MCWME7RBJFYZEBJEYFJ3THNAEW7U.

πŸš¨πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ President Trump understands that data centers can operate without drawing from local water supplies by utilizing closed-loop cooling systems that continuously recycle water, and without tapping into the local electrical grid by using dedicated, on-site power generation.

No loss of local water.
No increase in local utility rates.
More jobs. American AI superiority.

THIS POOR CHILD had JUST gotten her family. Mike and Mary Moore finalized the adoption of their 12-year-old daughter earlier this year. Now both of her parents are dead because of a fight over a TOWED CAR.

Tulsa police say Darius Jones came to Mike’s Towing with others looking for a vehicle that had been towed from private property.

The dispute turned physical, and police say Jones pulled a gun and fired after Mike Moore attempted to defend himself. Mary d*ed at the business. Mike managed to shoot Jones in the arm before he also succumbed to his injuries.

Jones was treated and then booked on two murder counts.

Friends describe Mike and Mary as churchgoing people who were constantly helping others.

Their daughter had JUST been adopted, and now she has to bury both of her parents.

Absolutely heartbreaking.

PART 1 OF 2: OFFICER JULIAN VAZQUEZ CIVIL SERVICE HEARING β€” Examination of Torrance Assistant City Manager (Continued)

Something is terribly wrong in the City of Torrance.

Internal Affairs cleared Officer Julian Vasquez. The assistant city manager overruled them anyway, the only officer he has ever done that to, by his own admission, in his entire career.

He has no use-of-force training. No search-and-seizure training. He has never even been on a ride-along with the men and women whose careers he has the power to end.

Julian was never warned. Investigations were stacked against him, and he was ultimately fired for field-training mistakes after he had already passed training and probation.

Then, under questioning by attorney Tom Yu, the assistant city manager couldn’t remember critical details in his own case against a young officer who spent his childhood preparing for this profession, while accusing Julian of failing to cross his t’s and dot his i’s.

The chief knew. The city manager and assistant city manager knew. The City Council has been told.

Nothing has changed.

Attorney Tom Yu’s relentless battle for justice for Officer Julian Vazquez continues tonight.

Watch the hearing. You don’t have to be a cop to see when up is down.

Hearings resume tonight at 6 PM at Torrance City Hall. πŸŽ₯ @royolnews
