THIS IS BARBARIC. Reports describing Endurance Sabon as a Christian teenager say suspected Islamist Fulani herdsmen demanded that her family give her to one of them in marriage. When the family refused, she was later mutilated in a machete attack.

Endurance was just 15 years old when her family says the men approached them while they were working on a farm in Kaduna State, Nigeria, and demanded that she be handed over as a bride.

Her family said NO.

According to their account, the men later ambushed them, seized Endurance and attacked her so brutally with a machete that her hand had to be amputated.

A Christian teenage girl was treated like property by men who believed they were entitled to take her as a wife, and when her family refused to surrender her, she paid for that refusal with part of her body. It is UNBELIEVABLE that this could happen anywhere in the world.

She should be worrying about school, friends and her future. Instead, she is recovering from a brutal attack because her family refused to hand a 15-year-old girl over for a forced marriage.

There is no cultural or religious excuse for this.

Absolutely barbaric.

It started with two arrests, but a break-in at the Coral Gables home of a couple killed in a helicopter crash in Africa is the tip of the iceberg in a vast criminal operation, police said.

Earlier this week, authorities announced the arrests of 40-year-old Geybert Garcia and 24-year-old Melany Perdomo in connection to the burglary of the residence of Adam Hlavaty and Henry Parra, but on Friday, investigators said more arrests are coming.

Investigators said they believe they have uncovered a criminal enterprise. Among the law enforcement agency on hand at Friday’s multi-agency news conference were Coral Gables Police, the U.S. Secret Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Authorities said Garcia and Perdomo stole more than $500,000 worth of property, including a Range Rover and a Porsche, between Aug. 20 and Aug. 22.

THIS JUDGE IS STILL ON THE BENCH?!?! Florida literally passed a LAW named after a murdered 5-year-old after Judge Tiffany Baker-Carper allowed a convicted child-sex offender to stay free while awaiting sentencing... and the Florida House STILL won't impeach her.

Daniel Spencer had already been FOUND GUILTY of traveling to meet a minor for s*x. Prosecutors asked Baker-Carper to take him into custody, but she refused and left him on bond.

Thirty-four days later, his 5-year-old stepdaughter Melissa “Missy” Mogle was de*d, and Spencer was charged with m*rdering her.

Florida responded by passing Missy’s Law, which now requires defendants convicted of certain dangerous crimes to be locked up while awaiting sentencing.

Gov. Ron DeSantis and Attorney General James Uthmeier said that wasn't enough and demanded Baker-Carper's impeachment. DeSantis publicly asked why the Florida House wouldn't “stand up for Missy.”

House Speaker Daniel Perez basically punted, saying “future legislatures can make that decision.”

Meanwhile, Baker-Carper is STILL sitting in Florida's Criminal Felony Division.

A little girl d*ed. Florida changed the law in her name. And apparently THAT still wasn't enough for lawmakers to hold the judge at the center of it accountable.

This judge is literally the problem. When will these judges be held accountable?

BREAKING: Milo Yiannopoulos has been apprehended by ICE in Louisiana, according to TMZ.

UPDATE: DHS confirms ICE arrested British national Milo Yiannopoulos at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport on August 27th saying he was in the U.S. illegally after overstaying his lawful admission.

According to ICE, Yiannopoulos legally entered the U.S. through New York City in May 2019 but remained beyond his authorized stay.

He was issued a final order of removal on July 22 and is now in ICE custody pending removal from the United States.

On August 27, ICE arrested Milo Yiannopoulos, an illegal alien from the United Kingdom, at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) in Kenner, Louisiana. Yiannopoulos legally entered the country on May 14, 2019, through New York City, New York. He chose to overstay his welcome in violation of our nation’s laws.
 
Yiannopoulos was issued a final order of removal by an Immigration Judge on July 22, after failing to show up for his immigration hearing. He will remain in ICE custody pending removal.

NEW: A newly proposed California bill would prevent local, state and federal agencies from using shock gloves in the state, arguing officers already have sufficient less-lethal force options.

Sacramento Sheriff Jim Cooper addressed proposed California legislation, AB 2760, which would restrict law enforcement’s use of certain less-lethal tools.

This legislation will have no effect on federal agencies, as California cannot regulate the federal government. Instead, it will take a low-level de-escalation tool away from local law enforcement.

A key question: why does this bill exempt state agencies (like CHP and CDCR)?

These tools help local officers throughout the state overcome resistance without prolonged physical struggles and the need for higher levels of force.

If the goal is to reduce the use of lethal force, taking less-lethal options away from local law enforcement moves us in the wrong direction.

NEW: At least three students were hospitalized in stable condition after being stabbed at Americas High School in El Paso, Texas, during an "incident between students." One suspect is in custody, and the El Paso County Sheriff's Office, Texas Rangers, and Socorro ISD Police Department are investigating.

During a press conference Friday, law enforcement said a 14-year-old boy stabbed three other teens at Americas High School. They could not confirm whether the suspects attends the school.

He faces three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

NEW: This year, Governor Abigail Spanberger canceled State Police and State prisons’ formal partnerships with ICE, known as 287(g) agreements.

Now, Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones is cracking down on local law enforcement agencies working with ICE to arrest illegal immigrants.

More than 20 local law enforcement agencies and jails have active 287(g) agreements in Virginia.

The Greene County Sheriff’s Office joined ICE on the road where they stopped dozens of vehicles and arrested 49 people.

7News obtained a letter Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones sent to the Sheriff.

Jones said he’s investigating whether the Sheriff and Greene County Deputies deprived people of rights protected by state and federal law during the traffic stops.

Delegate Karen Hamilton represents Greene County and she thinks the Democratic Attorney General is politically targeting the Greene County Sheriff.
