BREAKING: Fulton County, Georgia tried to prosecute federal officers for doing their jobs. A federal court has DISMISSED the charges because federal agents are IMMUNE from prosecution under state law when performing their duties. Under the Supremacy Clause, states cannot regulate how federal officers perform their duties or prosecute them for doing their jobs.
