NEW: A lawsuit claims a former immigration attorney who allegedly promoted herself as the "Lawyer of Miracles" misled immigrants seeking legal status.
A complaint alleges Alexandra Lozano used images of the Virgin of Guadalupe "in her marketing materials to convey the impression she is capable of miracles." It also claims she submitted "fraudulent" paperwork for some clients, asserting they were victims of abuse or trafficking "often without their knowledge or their consent."

Yahya Muslim was arrested for attacking a 91-year-old in Oakland's Chinatown back in 2021. Now, five years later, he's charged with attacking two elderly Asian women in Oakland again.
A known repeat offender, back on the streets, attacking the same vulnerable community. This is what happens without real accountability.

CAL FIRE Incident Management Team (IMT) 4 has arrived in Washington State.
Wildfires do not stop at state lines, and neither does our commitment to helping one another. By sharing resources, expertise, and incident management capabilities, agencies work together to protect lives, safeguard communities, and strengthen wildfire preparedness throughout the region.
While CAL FIRE regularly mobilizes resources to assist neighboring states through mutual aid agreements, this deployment marks a historic milestoneβthe first time a CAL FIRE Incident Management Team has been activated to the State of Washington. CAL FIRE IMT 4 was mobilized under the Northwest Wildland Fire Protection Agreement (NW Compact), which enables member states, territories, and Canadian provinces to share personnel, equipment, and expertise when wildfire activity exceeds local resource capacity.
This deployment reflects the strength of long-standing partnerships across the West and highlights CAL FIRE's expanding role in supporting large, complex incidents beyond California's borders.
Additionally, CAL FIRE remains fully committed to maintaining a strong and ready response capability here at home.

Package theft is one of the most common property crimes affecting American households. An estimated 104 million packages were stolen nationwide in the past year. That's approximately 250,000 packages every day. Nearly 1 in 3 Americans reported experiencing package theft within the last year.
Help reduce your risk by following these simple safety tips:
- Track your deliveries and bring packages inside as soon as possible.
- Have deliveries sent to a secure location, parcel locker, or trusted neighbor.
- Use a doorbell or security camera to help deter thieves and document suspicious activity.
If you witness suspicious activity or believe a theft is occurring, report it to your local law enforcement agency immediately. Working together, we can help protect our neighborhoods and keep deliveries where they belong.

Joe Rogan just WENT OFF on CNN and the mainstream media for ignoring the Fauci hearing and claiming Americans do not care.
βIf you donβt think thatβs news, youβre out of your mind.β
βYou shouldnβt be calling yourself the news.β
βYouβre just a propaganda arm for whatever pharmaceutical company is paying for your advertisements.β
βThis is a big issue for most Americans who went through that.β
βPeople who lost their jobs.β
βPeople who had to take a vaccine in order to go to work and got sick from it.β
βPeople couldn't fly, they couldn't travel, they were vilified.β
βThey were called plague rats because they were questioning these things.β
βYouβre not supposed to be the arbiters of what we can and canβt concentrate on.β

New Jerseyβs Democratic governor is blaming a βsoftware glitchβ after noncitizens were allowed to register and vote.
Sen. Tim Kaine repeated the same excuse on national television. A computer error is now the official explanation for noncitizens casting ballots in an American election.
This is not a minor technical issue. This is a failure that strikes at the heart of election integrity.
What excuses are coming next?
