For the first time ever, the FBI is now complaint with our IT systems against insider threats.
In September 2021, the Committee for National Security Systems Directive 504 (CNSSD 504) established minimum insider threat and User Activity Monitoring (UAM) requirements for all Executive Branch agencies - including keystroke monitoring, full application content capture, screen capture, file shadowing, and user attribution.
Previous leadership did little to nothing about it โ leaving the Bureau vulnerable and out of compliance for years.
We fixed it.
This week, we got the official update that the FBI is 504 compliant against insider threats for the first time ever.
When you see media criticize changes we are making at your FBI, this is what they leave out โ predecessors did nothing to fix many egregious problems making the FBI and ultimately the country more vulnerable. Every day under this administration we are fixing those problems and better serving you.

A $31.5 million homeless housing project in Cheviot Hills, CA is facing renewed scrutiny after another delay.
Neighbors say they have rarely seen construction crews at the site since 2023, while officials now tell us the 78-unit project could open in October if key conditions are met.
The project is also tied to a federal fraud case involving the propertyโs former owner.๐ทFOXLA

Newsom had 7 years to โmodernizeโ this office. He waited until 1,7 million Californians picked someone Sacramento couldnโt control.
The Constitution puts the Superintendent on the ballot. A budget trailer bill made sure that vote wouldnโt matter. Ask why it moved in July instead of January. Ask who voted for it and who didnโt vote at all.
Sonja Shaw will execute the will of the voters. She wonโt fold under pressure and she wonโt be bought. Thatโs the whole problem. Her victory interferes with the special interest machine that funds the business weโve mistaken for a political system and that machine is worried.
This is a nonpartisan race. No conservative has won this seat in over fifty years. The same โexpertsโ said she wouldnโt survive the primary. She finished first.
So to every conservative group, organization, and politician who talks about restoring common sense to a failing education system: this is the moment. Stop deferring to the โexperts.โ Show some political courage. Get Sonja Shaw elected.
Donโt be the ones with the most to lose who did the least to win.

Tyler Robinsonโs brothers are in court today, his father has been stoic, his mother emotionally breaking down as she heard the discord messages with his friends where he was claiming responsibility and the letter he left for Twiggs.
Erika Kirk was visibly shaken and upset as the video was played along with the text messages read out loud and the discord messages with Tyler Robinsonโs dungeons and dragons online gaming group where he claimed responsibility but they all replied in disbelief and told him to stop joking around.
