BREAKING: Federal judge Robert Payne has just issued a preliminary injunction that blocks Virginia from enforcing its new law that bans ICE agents from wearing masks on the job. Judge Payne writes that VA’s law likely violates the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution by trying to regulate the conduct of federal law enforcement. The law was set to take effect tomorrow, Bill Melugin reports.
California’s unmasking law was recently struck down for the same reason.
VA is now blocked from enforcing their unmasking law while the underlying merits of the case play out, as the judge finds the DOJ is likely to succeed on the merits of their argument.

“FREE TINA!” became the rallying cry of the Republican Party over the past two years. Tina Peters just came to the White House to thank me for getting her released from prison in Colorado. She was put there because she found Election Fraud, but instead of arresting the people that committed the Fraud, they arrested her! They gave her nine years in jail, and she served two, much time in solitary confinement along with hardened criminals and murderers, and then I got the Republican Party into gear, and she was released. Tina is 70-years-old, suffered a major bout with cancer, but hopefully is now cancer free. What she went through should never happen to anyone again. Just think of it, she caught the Democrats cheating, and they put her in jail for Voter Fraud. They didn’t want her out there speaking to the Media. The Mundelein Police Department, Illinois, is mourning the loss of Officer Paul Viduya Jr., who passed away unexpectedly following a motorcycle crash in McHenry.
Officer Viduya was killed in an off-duty single-vehicle motorcycle crash during the early morning hours on June 28 in the area of Charles J. Miller Parkway and McHenry Avenue. He was the sole rider involved, and the crash remains under investigation by the McHenry Police Department.
Officer Viduya dedicated his life to serving and protecting the Mundelein community. His unexpected passing is a heartbreaking loss for his family, friends, fellow officers, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

She was a leader who believed in bringing people together, whether that was taking deputies on shift on trips, like white water rafting or encouraging them through the difficult moments that often come with the line of work required of Detention Deputies.
She had a way of making people feel seen, supported, and valued. To many, she was more than a Lieutenant. She was a mentor, a friend, and a steady presence they knew they could count on everyday. Her kindness, strength, and love for Team RCSO will never be forgotten.

"Deputies were first on scene and immediately used fire extinguishers to knock back the fire until crews could get there. The JCSO Wildland Fire Management Team responded shortly after and helped douse hot spots.
Their quick action helped slow the fire’s spread and protect the area during a fast-moving situation.
The suspect was identified as Royce Ben Jameson, 25, of New Mexico. He was arrested on suspicion of the offense of Firing Woods or Prairie, 18-13-109 (2) (a), an F6, and Third Degree Criminal Trespass, 18-4-504, a petty offense. The quick reporting by community members and the rapid response by deputies and fire personnel helped prevent the fire from spreading further.
Jameson is being held at the Jefferson County Detention Center on a $5,000 cash or surety bond."
