Another video. Another investigation. Another vehicle identified.

This driver was caught on social media doing donuts and vandalizing city property. Our Directed Patrol officers identified the vehicle, tracked it through ALPR hits across the city, and located it today. A seizure warrant was obtained, and the vehicle was impounded.

Tomorrow's Mexico match should be a time to celebrate with family and friends. NOT an excuse for reckless driving, street takeovers, or destroying our community.

If you're planning to come to Santa Ana and engage in criminal activity, know this: we're watching, we're investigating, and we will hold you accountable.

Celebrate responsibly… because your viral video could become our next case.

Video shows a man on the roof of the historic Wurlitzer Building at 818 S. Broadway throwing cinder blocks, bricks, and fire extinguishers onto the street below, damaging multiple police vehicles.

After a lengthy standoff, officers safely took the man into custody without further incident. He was later transported to a hospital for a mental health evaluation.

NEW: An Indiana State Police trooper is being hailed as a hero for saving a man with an injury from a chainsaw in southern Indiana over the weekend.

According to ISP, dispatchers in Crawford County received a call around 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 28 about a 35-year-old man who had a severe laceration from a chainsaw on his leg at Wildridge Resort, near Patoka Lake.

ISP Trooper Blake Leary reportedly arrived on the scene within five minutes and applied a tourniquet to the man's right thigh, which controlled the severe bleeding. Medics arrived a short time later and took over care of the man, transporting him to a helicopter, where he was flown to a trauma center.

Highest cost of living in the nation. Highest gas prices in the nation.

And tomorrow, Sacramento hits Californians with ANOTHER automatic gas tax increase.

My colleagues and I asked the Governor and Democratic leadership to suspend it. They refused.

Just in time for your Fourth of July travel, get ready to pay even more at the pump. β›½πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Two cars hit a Tacoma WA trooper. Why prosecutors say they can’t file charges.

Two drivers struck Washington State Patrol trooper Tara-Marysa Guting in separate incidents on Dec. 19, 2025, leading to her death in Tacoma. Prosecutors will not file charges against either driver, stating they cannot prove either acted with criminal negligence or knowingly left the scene of a fatal accident. Poor visibility due to darkness and rain, along with the uncertainty of which collision caused Guting’s death, contributed to the decision not to press charges. Guting was the 34th WSP trooper to die in the line of duty.

"Since 2019, California has grown about 40% in its economy β€” no other jurisdiction in the United States has come close.

We have no peers."
- Gov. Gavin Newsom
___

Despite being billions of $$$ in debt, here's the pet projects California Dems are doubling down on in their just-passed 🀯🀯🀯record-breaking $352 billion budget:

-trans surgeries for illegal aliens and anyone else who can't pay for them -- $10 million more
-$12 billion for health insurance for illegal aliens
-$1.5 billion more for the bullet train to nowhere
-$100 million more for illegal immigrant services for a total of $175 million/a yr.+ $5 million extra for CHIRLA
-$12.5 million for overpriced nanny-state diapers
-An additional $10 million to existing funds for a total of $81 million for Calif. to sue the federal government.
-$5 million for the Voting Rights project at UCLA to sue states for voting laws.

β€œAt a time when law-abiding Californians are struggling with the high cost of living, their basic needs are being ignored. Instead, legislative Democrats continue to expand government programs, pass $14 billion in tax increases, and approve billions in borrowing, while directing funding toward political allies and pet projects," said Tony Strickland, GOP state senator representing the 19th district, which includes Huntington Beach.

Chicago is moving forward with a gun violence reduction office and a push toward a larger taxpayer-funded crime plan after a violent Juneteenth and Father’s Day weekend.

Supporters say coordination is needed. Critics are asking the harder question: will another office change arrests, prosecutions, repeat offenders, or street-level safety?

18 months after the Eaton Fire, survivors are taking their fight to Sacramento to urge the passing of SB 1090. Supporters say it will help protect the rebuild process and prevent an alleged land grab by out-of-town developers, accused of exploiting and profiting off the crisis.

A few months ago, the New York Times wrote a story about a pregnant Honduran woman who was deported from the country and then traveled 1,700 miles to commit felony re-entry so her child could be born in America.

The Supreme Court just ruled that her baby is as much of a citizen as you and I.

The 14th Amendment was written to protect freed slaves, not reward illegal immigration.

The Supreme Court got this one wrong. Congress has the power to fix it.

Send me to Washington and I’ll get it done.
