To issue a citation, law enforcement must witness the act; we cannot cite based on a video or photos alone. The CAT Team is also leading proactive efforts in reported hot spots across the County. The Antifa ringleader who shot an Alvarado, Texas police officer in the neck got 100 years in federal prison today. Seven of his co-defendants are looking at decades behind bars.

What happened at the Prairieland ICE facility in Alvarado, Texas last July 4th was an armed, coordinated attack on a federal ICE detention center. They ambushed and put a bullet through Alvarado Police Lt. Thomas Gross’ neck while he was doing his job. Through the grace of God, he survived. A jury saw it for exactly what it was — domestic terrorism.

These are people who want to destroy our Constitutional Republic and tear down the rule of law. Today, a federal court told them no. That is justice served and we need a lot more of it.

ICYMI: Yesterday, Senate Chairman Rand Paul subpoenaed Anthony Fauci to testify publicly in July after Fauci backed out of a prior voluntary agreement to appear.

At issue: a July 2020 email in which Fauci told his Chief of Staff "please delete this e-mail after you read it" — directly contradicting his 2024 sworn House testimony that he never deleted federal records.

Paul's committee already holds a formal whistleblower transcript from a May hearing on COVID cover-up allegations. The July appearance puts Fauci on the record next.

The female driver of this Tesla passed a trooper on I-5 at 78mph.  The scary thing is that the trooper noticed the driver was asleep!!  Thankfully he was able to get the vehicle stopped.  The driver was given a Negligent Driving 2nd ticket.
