I defied the mandates of Newsom. I believe it was unconstitutional to make criminals out of business owners, church goers and students.

Steve Hilton went on tv begging those like me to bend the knee. We are not the same.

Now Steve sends mailers and texts lying about my record.

UPDATE: The man connected to a shooting incident that injured a Fresno police officer was sent to the hospital after a self-inflicted gunshot wound on Sunday.

Officers were continuing to search for 56-year-old Paul Rodriguez Cisneros after an officer was injured in the line of duty.

The investigation brought the authorities to a neighborhood near Bardell and Vine in Southwest Fresno on Sunday.

The suspect had entered a home at around noon while officers attempted to get him to come outside.

At least three residents of the home voluntarily came outside after announcements were made by the police.
SWAT, undercover officers, A helicopter, and other personnel were on the scene.

After several hours of negotiations, the SWAT team breached the home to get him. Tear gas was used in an attempt to get him to come out of the house. Police say that they found Cisneros with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
He was transported to CRMC.

Police say that Cisneros was able to leave the area of East Garrett and South Clara after taking a patrol car to escape. Police say that he also has connections in the Bardell and Vine area.

The officer who was injured in the previous incident has been reported to be in stable condition. Sending prayers for a full and fast healing. πŸ™πŸ»

Can someone count all of β€˜em for me?

A felony is traditionally considered a crime of high seriousness, whereas a misdemeanor is regarded as less serious. The term β€œfelony” originated from English common law (from the French medieval word β€œfΓ©lonie”) to describe an offense that resulted in the confiscation of a convicted person’s land and goods, to which additional punishments, including capital punishment, could be added; other crimes were called misdemeanors. Following conviction of a felony in a court of law, a person may be described as a felon or a convicted felon.

In many common-law jurisdictions, such as England and Wales, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, crimes are no longer classified as felonies or misdemeanors. Instead, crimes are classified by mode of trial as indictable offenses, triable by jury, and frequently requiring a grand jury indictment, which are usually more serious, and summary offenses, triable by summary procedure without a jury and are usually less serious.

In some civil law jurisdictions, such as Italy and Spain, the term delict is used to describe serious offenses, a category similar to common law felony. In other nations, such as Germany, France, Belgium, and Switzerland, more serious offenses are described as β€œcrimes”, while β€œmisdemeanors” or β€œdelicts” (or dΓ©lits) are less serious. In still others, such as Brazil and Portugal, β€œcrimes” and β€œdelicts” are synonymous (more serious) and are opposed to contraventions (less serious).
