Please, praying for the Fort Worth police officer who was injured in the line of duty this morning.ππ»
Texas: Two suspects are dead, and an officer was injured following two officer-involved shootings at the same scene in Fort Worth, Saturday morning.
Chief Garcia said at approximately 4:15 a.m., while they were investigating the original shooting, a white SUV drove by multiple times, "at a high rate of speed." FWPD said it appeared the driver was attempting to hit officers standing near their vehicles.
Police said officers tried to pull over the driver, but it led to a 15-minute chase. Officers stopped the SUV using "a tactical vehicle intervention, also known as a PIT maneuver."
The department said that as officers approached the vehicle with their guns drawn and giving commands, the adult male did not comply and grabbed an officer's handgun.
Garcia said multiple officers fired their guns and hit the suspect. He died at the scene.
An officer was injured and taken to a local hospital, but it's unknown how the officer was injured. FWPD said the officer is in good condition.

DEVELOPING: A rapidly growing wildfire situation is unfolding west of Carlton County, Minnesota, this afternoon, with numerous fires now burning across Crow Wing and surrounding counties amid extremely dry and windy conditions.
The largest fire currently appears to be the Flanders Fire near Crosby in Crow Wing County, which has now exploded to approximately 600 acres according to Watch Duty and NIFC updates. The fire reportedly jumped County Road 11 earlier this afternoon and aircraft have been making repeated water drop runs over the area as crews work to slow the spread. The fire went from 100 acres to 600 acres in just a couple hours.
Localized evacuations have also reportedly been taking place east of the fire near Adney Lake Road.
Several additional fires are also burning throughout the region, including:
π₯ Flanders Fire β 600 acres
π₯ Rock Lake Fire β 5 acres
π₯ Gallus Fire β 10 acres
π₯ Zuni Fire
π₯ Edward Fire
π₯ Hummingbird Fire
π₯ Lake Ridge Fire
Smoke from these fires is now drifting east and appears to be causing numerous reports of possible fire activity and smoke conditions in parts of Carlton County. At this time, much of the smoke appears to be originating from the active wildfire activity west of us.
With Red Flag conditions, low humidity, gusty winds, and critically dry vegetation, THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO BURN.
Even small fires can rapidly escape containment in current conditions. Campfires may still technically be allowed in some areas, but departments across the region are strongly discouraging any kind of outdoor burning right now.
β οΈ Please:
β’ Do NOT burn brush
β’ Avoid recreational fires if possible
β’ Properly dispose of cigarettes
β’ Do not park hot vehicles on dry grass
β’ Report any visible smoke or fire immediately
β’ NO FIREWORKS
These conditions are extremely dangerous and fires are spreading fast across Minnesota today.
As of 3:52 p.m. for the Flanders Fire, Fire is impacting the area of CR 11 and Mission Way Rd, and was jumping CR 11 at Roberts Drive, moving east per radio traffic.

Mayor of Charlotte, NC asks that we not post about this lady murdered on a Charlotte train by a repeat offender with 14 prior arrests
I say in Irynaβs memory please share and make this go viral! A repeat offender with 14 prior arrests should not be roaming the streets of ANY city! They should be locked up!! Epic failure in the justice system..
We will never forgot her ever
