WATCH: President Donald J. Trump signs an executive order.
POTUS announces "historic reforms to dramatically accelerate access to new medical research and treatments based on psychedelic drugs."
"Since 9/11, we've lost over 21x more veteran lives to suicide than on the battlefield... and today, we're bringing them new hope."
POTUS: "In a 2024 study from Stanford University, 30 special operations veterans with traumatic brain injuries underwent ibogaine treatment...and experienced an 80-90% reduction in symptoms of depression and anxiety within one month...Today, the federal government is making a $50M research investment in [ibogaine research]...We're also opening a pathway for ibogaine to be administered to desperately ill patients under the 'Right to Try' law."
SecKennedy: "This Executive Order will remove the legal impediments that block American researchers, scientists, physicians and clinicians from properly studying these medicines, and where appropriate, establish protocols for their safe, therapeutic use."
Dr. Makary: "Today, the US FDA is also announcing the first ibogaine investigational new drug clearance. This will pave the way for the first ever human trials in the United States."
Marcus Luttrell: "Thank you so much for having us in here and doing this. You're going to save a lot of lives with it. I'd like to say how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to go through the program and receive the ibogaine. It absolutely changed my life for the better."
Joe Rogan says he sent POTUS information on the extraordinary effects of ibogaine on veterans with TBI and PTSD: "The text message came back, 'Sounds great! Do you want FDA approval? Let's do it!' It was literally that quick."
Former Navy SEALs Robert O'Neill and Marcus Capone tell POTUS about the power of psychedelic treatments, and what this day means to them:
"It saved my life, and then it saved my wife."
"We had prayed for this day to come 10 years ago when we started the charity."

These editorial writers can't read or think.
The state didn't force Austin or other cities into a contract. The cities signed a contract to get money from the state. After they got the money, the cities refused to comply with the contract terms. Those terms include a requirement that the cities repay the state all the money they got if they don't comply with the contract.
Enforcement of the contract doesn't defund police. I signed a law preventing defunding the police. Under that law the cities still have to fully fund their police--they just have to find other funds in their budgets to pay for it.
If the cities didn't like the contract terms, they should have never entered into it.
By the way, the contract is just one page, with clear requirements and consequences for failing to comply.
As to local control, entering into the contract was a local decision. Breaching the contract is a local decision.

๐จ Exposing California's corrupt "Stop Nick Shirley Act", instead of going after the fraudsters California is now going after the people exposing the fraud.
This bill AB 2624 will:
- Criminalize journalists with misdemeanors, $10,000 fines, imprisonment, and content takedown
- Let immigrant based NGOs' funding be confidential
- Take away freedom of the press from journalists
- Protect any "immigration support services" information from being public (healthcare, legal services, etc)
This bill was created by the Attorney General's WIFE Mia Bonta to stop fraud from being exposed. Please like and share this video everywhere! By trying to silence and intimidate journalists, they are trying to hide the truth from you. EXPOSE ALL THE FRAUD.

The Dutchess County Sheriffโs Office sadly announced the death of New York State Department of Corrections officer Justin Brown.
Officer Brown tragically lost his life on April 13, 2026, following a motorcycle accident while on his way to work, answering the same call he carried out each day with dedication and professionalism.
He served with quiet strength, integrity, and unwavering commitment. To those who worked alongside him, he was more than an officer, he was a trusted partner and a steady reliable presence inside the walls.
Beyond the uniform, he was a devoted husband and father who worked tirelessly to provide for his family. His love and dedication to them were evident in all that he did.
Rest Easy Brother. Prayers for his family of blue and blood.๐๐ป
