Charles Brant, 44, of Nashua, was taken into custody on April 3, 2026, following an incident at the City of Nashua Warming Station located at Elm Street Middle School.
According to authorities, Nashua Police Department officers were conducting a routine check of the warming station premises when they observed Brant in the company of an individual protected by an active Criminal Bail Protection Order.
