The Gwinnett County Police Department, Georgia, is saddened to share the unexpected passing of one of its own, Jessica βJessieβ Reynolds, on March 13, 2026. Jessie dedicated more than 20 years of service to this department and the community.
She began her career in September 2005 as a Teleserve Operator and quickly became more than just a coworker to those around her. Jessie was known for her compassion and her genuine love for helping people. She had a way of connecting with others, whether it was someone on the other end of the phone or a teammate who needed support.
Jessie was strong in her faith, loved singing at church, and was a proud aunt who spoke often about her nieces and nephews. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her coworkers outside of work, and making memories with the people she cared about most.
Her coworkers describe her in one word: compassion. Jessieβs kindness and giving spirit made a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
Rest Easy Sister. Prayers for her family of blue and blood.ππ»
